The admin was very efficient and the guys on the day were pleasant, sensitive, helpful and efficient. They made light work of clearing a 2 bedroom first floor flat with awkward stairs. Additionally, we had arranged for them to help us take some items to a storage unit nearby which they did with no fuss. I am particularly pleased that they aim to re-use as many items as possible for charity rather than taking everything to landfill.

Rang Clearance Solutions and spoke to Catherine who was very helpful and listened to what I needed. I was able to have a set date and a time slot which is very helpful if you have to drive from another County.
The team were on time and moved out all the furniture very carefully very efficient and well worth the money.

Amazing communication, very timely, and hard working guys - but a high minimum spend (2 hours / 500kgs). It would be great if they lowered their minimums and catered for smaller clearances too.

A cost effective, excellent service with a great team who were friendly and polite and worked very efficiently. Once the people had vacated our building truly looked like a bombsite, but this did not phase them and the work was carried out within the timescale and on budget. Would highly recommend them!

I needed a complete house clearance (4 floors of a London house, with about 40 years of accumulated junk). These guys were amazing. From the very first phone call, the team in the office were always quick, responsive, polite and straight forward. The clearance team had 2 days on this job and went above and beyond to get the job done. Highly recommended.

This was a big, hard job across two properties, and I was incapacitated with a fractured ankle and trying to organise one of the properties from a distance. Have to admit I was tetchy through stress, but the team in the office were patient and understanding about my anxiety, and the men who did the clearance were very hard-working and friendly and good-humoured throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. I am now using the Firm again for cleaning and a probate valuation, and would certainly use them any time I needed clearance again. The men work uncomplainingly and without wasting time. I thought they were marvellous. Lynda

Clearance Solutions did a brilliant job clearing my cousin's house. Her house had a huge amount of waste and was very cluttered. They cleared, swept through and at the finish the house looked totally different. Clearance solutions gave a friendly and very efficient service and kept me informed all the way through. I would highly recommend them to others and am in fact now having them to clear my cousin's garden.
