Rubbish company do not recommend for anyone they are complete liars

I received two confirmation emails that my service was booked and payment was taken. On the day, however, Cleanzy contacted me to say that they had not been able to find a cleaner. I rescheduled and the cleaner was then two hours late. No compensation or apology was offered by Cleanzy.

Trust worthy.. efficient and gets the job done

Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about this company.

1) First time, the cleaning did not show up at all.

2) Second time, the cleaning lady stole my bag worth 1,500 euros. The company takes no responsibility for this. After been doing the police report, the company tells me that now it is between me, the cleaning lady and the judge and there is nothing that they can do about it!

3) They charged me for 2 extra days of cleaning that I never had.

This company is a complete disaster and they have been causing a lot of money, wasted time and headache. Please do not try this company.

Service was good and the cleaners were great also, However I feel the app needs a lot of improvement. Satisfactory experience overall

Horrible service and customer management service too! I booked a cleaning service for my house, the person never showed up. I got a very informal email saying "there's a strike and streets are a chaos so the person is not longer coming", unprofessional. I drove this morning and buses were out there, traffic as usual, did not see an actual problem. Anyways, I repied that I wanted a refund because I went to hire them so I did not have to deal with this problems myself, right? and they replied very unpolite that they cannot control traffic and if I was aware that not everyone has a car. AWEFUL! what a waste of an amazing business opportunity. If they only knew that they need to guarantee the service no matter what, and that I AM PAYING THEM SO I DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE PROBLEM, then with a little bit more of kindness in the way you reply and treat your customers maybe, maybe, Cleanzy can become a good service provider. So far, HORRIBLE!

I booked a cleaner. The app said they were running late (for 12+ hours), and no one ever contacted me. They never turned up, and I was charged the fee. The app says they turned up. I’ve tried to contact them on the app (which says the chat is down), by phone (it doesn’t ring), and email (no reply). I think this company is a scam?

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I've tried using them many times. They break something EVERY SINGLE TIME, cancel last minute, skip out early, or don't show up at all.

Today was the absolute last straw. They were confirmed at 9am, and an hour later at 10am we received an email (in Spanish??) notifying us that they were not coming. They do not have a phone number or chat, so no one to help. HORRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT USE!

Very thorough end of tenancy clean. Easy booking and good customer service with speedy response. some of the best value for money end of tenancy clean in London. Our cleaner called ahead to inform us she was running 30min behind. The second cleaner didn’t show up until late for the carpet deep clean so we had to leave the key to agency before the job was finished. However, our cleaner sent us comprehensive pictures of the completed job in all rooms for re-assurance and the clean was spotless. Overall very happy

The app works seamlessly, and our first clean ran like clockwork. Maria is skilled, and energetic and gets the job done with no airs and graces. Thank you for a great experience.

Turned up, cleaned, minimum of fuss and bother, efficient, professional team.

Awful. The cleaner used bleach on our chrome bathroom fittings. The damage is significant. They are now not responding to emails. The number on the website doesn't work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Cleaners were totally fantastic. Wasn’t possible to change arrival time on the app, which was a bit annoying. But the end result was great
