Prevents an allergic reaction to sulphites
I use Clean Wine because in recent years I have developed a hay fever type reaction to the sulphites in cider and wine. Clean Wine makes it possible for me to have an alcoholic drink without developing streaming eyes and nose. It is a wonderful product!

Delivery was quick and I'm pleased with how the product is working. However the dropper is problematic and you're never sure how many drops have made it to the glass! However, I am glad that you have listened to customer feedback and replaced the dropper bottle with a spray bottle, which I look forward to trying.

The way to use the dropper is to hold vertically and allow the drops to come out without shaking.
If the drops do not come out there is an air lock and a little shake of the bottle should clear this.
However, the drops can take several seconds each to come out which is why we switched to sprays.

The service was good and it was…
The service was good and it was dispatched on time. I was sent the old style bottle and not the new spray version and I did find it quite hard to get the right amount to drop out. I am sure the spray would be better/ easier to use. Unfortunately for me I still had a headache the next day after one glass of wine - not the great result I was hoping for. But don’t let that put you off trying it.

A little tricky to spray
A little tricky to spray, not sure if the material is recyclable?
My husband and I drink two bottles a week, it could get expensive. It has been effective when drinking red wine , so certainly has benefits.

We did used to offer drops but switched to sprays following customer feedback. Spraying into the glass also has the advantage of not needing to stir the wine, as needed when adding drops.
In terms of cost is works out at around 7p per glass of wine, and less with the multibuy discount with up to 4 bottles, so hopefully your husband’s enjoyment of wine will not break bank 😊

When I ordered clean wine I was sent a little bottle which was completely useless because when shaken into the glass you had no idea how many drops went in. I emailed to complain as this useless bottle cost £7.50. I was then sent a spray a week later with no apology attached.

We are sorry to hear of the issues you have had.
We replaced the bottles with spray atomisers. The drops do come out of the bottles if you hold the bottle vertically but they are slow to come out and so that is why we changed to the spray.
You ordered on 5 May and when you ordered we had not received the sprays into stock (which came in on 11 May and our website was then updated with the new packaging).
The product advertised on our website on 5 May was the bottle you were sent.
However, given you emailed to complain about the bottle we sent you a complimentary spray bottle, at no extra cost. We therefore find it surprising that, in such circumstances, you choose to leave us a 2 star review.

The measures you give are for sprays…
The measures you give are for sprays not drops and it's so hard to do drops without knowing how many also shaking drops out you have no clue how many drops are coming out I think until I would guess to many but my biggest concern was my gums blistered after using that's a no no but was maybe to much used really thought this would be good really not sure now definitely not buying again had trouble eating for two days!!!

We replaced the bottles with sprays following customer feedback and generally people have welcomed the new sprays because of the issue you have raised with the drops.
The number of sprays to use is the same as the number of drops. Whilst it does state the dosage in sprays on our website if you have a bottle it states the dosage in drops on the bottle label.
You only need 3-4 drops for a large glass of wine.

Didn't work for me
Didn't work for me, complete opposite, gave me a headache, twice now tried in glass of wine and both time work up with headache feeling like I'd drunk whole bottle! Also it's a spray not drops, drops would work better spray had to be careful to make sure it mixed with wine
