I had a disappointing experience with a cleaning service and requested a 50% refund. Instead of issuing the refund, they offered 50% off my next cleaning, which I declined as I had no intention of using them again. Consequently, I disputed 50% of the original charge with Visa in May 2024, but the case is still unresolved

Despite this ongoing dispute, the company charged my card again on August 13th for an even higher amount. This forced me to open a fraud dispute and cancel my card.

If you've used this service before, I strongly recommend canceling your card to prevent potential unauthorized charges. Beware of this fraudulent company.

Thank you for your response. However, I can confirm that this review is for the correct company, CleanWhale. The dispute regarding the poor-quality cleaning service from May 2024 was finally resolved in my favor, and I have since received a refund for that charge.

Additionally, the fraudulent charge made on August 13, 2024, by your company for a higher amount was also refunded after I was forced to file a second dispute and cancel my card.

I've been using Clean Whale for a while. Everyone is super professional and the cleaning is always done to our satisfaction. I have recommended the services to my friends, they're also quite happy.

Excellent! The service was provided at the highest level, very carefully.

This was the first time that we got the services and we were extremely pleasant surprised.

Volodymyr was an experienced technician whose knowledge of his craft was evident. With a challenging task of fixing a broken leg of a couch which had the screw lodged inside the mechanism he effectively resolved the issue and further provided additional washers and solutions to avoid this challenge on other legs of the couch. He also easily resolved an issue of a lost key to a post box by not only quickly extracting the old lock and then providing a lock for replacement so that we did not have to further deal with the issue ourselves. The work was done quickly, effectively and everything was on time like clockwork.

Overall our experience was extremely pleasant and we would highly recommend CleanWhale and Volodymyr for any job.

Perfect cleaning, nothing to add. Recommended.
