I live in FL. and they are in Calf. Some errors occurred along the mailing/shipping route, but that was not the Stores fault. All items/filters, etc., ordered were as they described in their add. Very pleased with the guidance that helped me select the right size neutralizer for my needs. The package that I purchased had everything I needed to setup the system including the bags of calcite. The system was delivered quickly. After the setup and connecting the piping, I followed the user friendly startup procedure and within several hours, my well water PH went from 6.0 to 8.0.

Not worth it
I purchased the commercial grade scale stop system 1.5 years ago for two homes after finding significant scale buildup in my water heater. Both homes are only 3-4 yrs old. However after performing a flush and heater element replacement on the water heaters, it appears that there is scale buildup despite having the scale stop installed. I contacted clean water store for advice on this issue and they sent me a test kit to confirm if the hardness of the water is too much for the system. I tested and found that it is about 102ppm (medium hard) water which the system should be capable of treating. I understand that the system does not soften water or remove hardness. It is only supposed to condition water to prevent scale from building up on appliances. However it doesn't appear to be working in my case. The worst part is that there isn't any way to tell if the system is working, it almost feels like pseudoscience. If I could do it again I would have just purchased a highly rated water softener from Amazon and just got that installed and saved the $2000 premium I paid for the conditioner.
