They were hit and miss
You never know who they were going to send and what time or day even though you had booked in a day and a time. They have absolutely no attention to detail and don't speak/ understand English.
And overcharge - charge you for 2-4 cleaners for 1 hour each but only send 2-3 and spend 30-40mins
Unfortunately, it took me about six months to work this out after checking invoices and the ring camera
They were good the only problem I have is the price, they let me pay 700 tl per hour … I respect them work but I hope they will think about the price otherwise I would not deal with them again
Be very careful first they will quote you 550TL PER PERSON but then when they realise apartment is not that big and they are going to finish early you will get message saying we will do 4 hour job in 2 hours but can you pay for 4 hours stay way from these kind of company
The cleaning ladies are so professional , and specially they have extra services like sofa cleaning and mattresses , and they speak English as well which made it easier for me , I’m going to be a Costumer for sure
reported the issue with the council on Monday, engineer came out today, Radiator being replaced on Friday 31st October. 10 working days from start to end
