BRILLIANT!!! At first I thought it would be a pain inputting my clients, but it was easy. It really does save me time and keeps me very organised.

I can see in seconds how big my rounds are getting and the best bit for me is been able to see exactly when a customer did or didn't pay.

The help response is quick and very helpful if needed, and I guess the price is about right.

I've been using Cleaner Planner for just over a year now and can honestly say, my business is in much better shape for it. We have multiple vans and users but the software does a great job of keeping everyone organised without the need for third party apps, everything you need is right there in one place. It is an extremely robust application with very few glitches and the support is first class but the true highlights are the mobile app and GoCardless integration. These two features alone make it well worth the cost. I would recommend to anyone who has a repeat service business.

I use Window Cleaner Pro for about 3 years, but Cleaner Planner has taken me to the next level. I particularly like how I can send worksheets out to my workmen straight to their devices. The program has saved me time & we all know time is money. The way I can also send invoices to my customers is very professional. Also any questions I have had about the program have been answered very quickly. I can highly recommend Cleaner Planner to any window cleaner & cleaning business.

Window Cleaning

Cleaner planner is an excellent tool for planning and tracking your work! It just needs a few glitches sorting out like screen freezing when going on a mobile worksheet. Overall it’s well worth the investment 👍😀

I'd just like to say what an excellent software Cleaner planner is, made my life not only easier, but directly increased my productivity by keeping me organized and working efficiently. It defiantly more than paid for itself.

Some desirable functionality missing such as cloning tasks not available. Makes creation of multiple tasks at one site on the same day (or over a few days) tedious.

Otherwise a brilliant piece of software with plenty of development potential to make it a serious Work Manager.

I have had some worksheets disappear after I submitted and not appear on my debt ledger. This is obviously a problem.

I would really like if the app could integrate with Xero - I find this a good field manager app but many of the features on Xero for the financial side are far superior and for that reason I still use both, integration would be a dream.

I haven't worked out how to name different categories of work, I am sure this is possible (hoping) if it isn't please add this feature please

Great app really like iit. My only criticism is I'd like it live and not have to sync all the time as you can sometimes forget

I have been using Cleaner Planner for about three months now. Struggled to decide whether I needed a pay monthly software but after trying the free trial there was no way I could give it up. Great bit of software that pretty much lets you do everything. Creating a daily round and syncing it to my phone is a piece of cake. The selling factor for me was the app does not need an internet connection to work. Working in the middle of nowhere a lot of the time this was a Godsend.
