Scam!! Taken my money! We wanted to use their free trial

We wanted to use their free trial. My employee was using their system. He said in order to access certain features in the trial it kept asking him to pay. Eventually he just paid. We reached out to them explaining this asking for a refund within like 2 days of purchase. They have now blocked us. Left us with the issue unresolved. Taken our money. Do not use them. We have used both Shopify and Lightspeeds free trial and they work great!
