Reality doesn’t live up to website and other reviews

Took my car for detailing at the Christchurch location and was very disappointed. Although the interior of the car was cleaned, communication was very poor (couldn’t offer services I had booked online, incorrect address on website, employee was late and didn’t know which services I had booked. Then I was only provided with part of the services I was billed for. After much back and forth texts, I was offered a discount. Car detailing is expensive and the reality doesn’t live up to what’s promised on their great website.
