Very disappointed with the service

Very disappointed with the service. I ordered house cleaning and they did not even pull out the couch and hoover or clean beside or behind it which should be a standard part of a cleaning service. Multiple other things were not sufficiently cleaned. Very disappointed with the service and will not use again

For clarity, the cleaning package you booked was our general cleaning, which includes surface-level tasks like dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and wiping down areas. It doesn’t cover moving heavy furniture (like pulling out couches) or deep cleaning tasks unless specifically requested and quoted as part of the booking.

Vlad and Dimit were polite, courteous and worked hard to complete the clean in the allotted time. AND they did a thorough excellent job. I would not hesitate to recommend and will be using them again.

Kitchen left destroyed and job not fully completed

Booked an oven clean and honestly I was left with more cleaning that I could have imagined after he left. Despite the oven being clean, I spent the rest of my day scraping black bits of oven off my floor, my countertops and my sink. The whole kitchen was destroyed, and he cleaned only two out of three oven trays, leaving one completely untouched which was disappointing.

Thanks for your feedback. Just to clarify, the booking was for a single oven clean, which includes one tray as standard. A full kitchen deep clean or additional tray cleaning was not part of this service. The cleeenbee team are exceptional

The cleeenbee team are exceptional. From getting advice on what the best options were to arranging a date for the cleaning to take place was so straightforward and simple. The team were absolutely exceptional and did an amazing job. They did a deep clean of my parents house and it was fantastic, they listened to what was needed and did everything and more perfectly. Could not recommend them enough.

Bathroom deepclean but very poor customer aftercare service from cleanbee

We got a deep clean and mould removal done of both our bathrooms. The cleaning was excellent. However, I was very disappointed with the after care offered by the company. The rain shower head was broken by the cleaner during the clean(literally snapped off) . I was very lucky to have noticed this during the clean. I was then able to contact the company where we got the shower to get a price of replacement. When it came to the payment for the job I was put under pressure to pay for the full amount and told the office would refund me the cost of breakage. I pressed to speak with a manager who stated that the cost of the breakage would not be covered as there was "silicone" to keep the shower head on or that possibly that breakage was there prior to clean . Completely untrue! When I got the replacement head from the bathroom shop they also confirmed that there was no " silicone" on the shower head and would never work with silicone. My husband contacted them during the clean and I also followed up with an email but no reply back. Very poor aftercare. I got my refund back at the point of payment but only after a few difficult conversations with the main office. They need to improve their aftercare. The cleaning was excellent

Deep bathroom clean package

Came an hour earlier than I booked but luckily we were here, I booked the deep clean package of 2 bathrooms.
Would say it was more for a normal clean not deep, expected shower doors to come out like new but still some marks on them.
Had to use angled brush to fully clean behind lid and rim after they left.
Shower walls very rough to touch after clean ? Residue from products, had to wash it again myself

Poor attention to detail

General cleaning was well done. However, there was poor attention to detail. e.g. cobwebs left above cabinets, dirt under knobs and cabinet handles and drain not cleaned. Especially since I paid for a deep apartment cleaning for a beginning of tenancy clean.

I have used this company twice before but will have to look elsewhere in future

Alex and team were great cleaning my sofas very thorough and polite. The one thing I didn’t bargain on was not being able to use either of my sofas for 2/3 days. They are soaking wet and I thought that the machine would soak up most of the water from them and that I could use them tomorrow if I left the heating on for most of the night.

If I could give this company zero…

Update. Got in touch with Clean Bee who said there is nothing they can do. I asked for the company address and they will not give me it. What a disgraceful company.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I booked a whole-house deep clean, which was very expensive and took me time to save up for. On the day of the service, only two cleaners arrived, accompanied by an interpreter who also doubled as a bathroom cleaner.

The result? A complete disaster. My radiator was broken because they stood on it to clean a window, my bedside lamp was damaged, and worst of all, the house was still dirty. None of the promised tasks on their list were completed.

Foolishly, I paid them, and I regret it deeply. I even considered taking them to small claims court to recover my money, but I couldn't find their company address.

Please, please avoid this company at all costs. Save yourself the stress, money, and frustration.
