I stopped using cleanbee because it was very unreliable (cleaners arriving late or not at all and refunds not processed) however my regular cleaner is on holidays so I tried again last week to see if cleanbee had gotten any better. It was booked for 1:30 but no cleaner showed up. He called at 2pm to say he was running 40 minutes late and would it be ok to come. I said no it was too late and I wanted a refund. I still haven’t got the refund. Don’t be depending on these guys and be careful because the refunds promised don’t get given. The job they do is generally good but if they don’t show up and you pay what’s the point.

The cleaning overall was fine until I had a chance to go back into my kitchen. My countertops are solid oak, oiled and varnished to protect them. However, the cleaner burned through the protection in two spots and scratched through it in two others. In two spots there’s a nearly circular damage mark that left an indentation and in one of those the cleaner attempted to scratch it out, damaging a larger area. This same circular damage mark also appears on the window sill, which is also wooden.

I contacted support, and at first they engaged. They offered to send a cleaner back to do something, but I explained that the timing was insufficient, and it was unclear to me how a cleaner would undo wood damage. I asked for only a partial refund at this point.

I contacted support again after 4/5 days of no response. After this contact from me I received no response again after 2 days.

I do not recommend this service.

Alex and team arrived much earlier than originally expected but Alex did call me in advance to check that this was ok. The three of them were so polite and friendly. They did an absolutely wonderful job - our house is sparkling! Fab deep clean on the bathrooms and there isn't a speck of dust or a cobweb to be seen anywhere in the house. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely awful. Team Alex was horrendous.. I paid for an extra deep clean of the bathroom and none of the tiles was washed, hair still in the bath, dirt/streaks still on windows, all the dirt from powerwashing left at the entrance and along our kerbs.. property damage upstairs with leaking steam cleaning machine on hardwood floors which we need to repair now and having asked numerous times from cleanbee to refund us our deposit to pay for damages caused. Hazardous conditions with a substantial amount of water spilled on the tile floor while the cleaner himself didn't see/clean up as he was up on a ladder cleaning curtain poles. This was pointed out to alex and he attempted to clean the area while not lifting up the bucket that night I had to wipe the floor. I was that frustrated it was 6.20pm and they still had downstairs floors to clean, inside and outside windows to clean, kitchen tiles... everything they did do was less than half done!! This is caused a lot of upset 😡 never ever again.. please do your research and think before you book.

Just had Olga Team from Cleanbee here to do my windows. And what an excellent job they have done. Windows are gleaming, all marks cleared - look great.
The team arrived ontime and just worked through. I offered tea/coffee but they kept working .
Thanks for being so efficient!

Painting service used. 1 room. Painting quality generally ok. Edging between walls and ceiling not good at all. Not worth money as it will have to be retouched.

I have had many cleaners over the last couple of years, especially for the jobs I can no longer do.

I had outdoor furniture upholstery cleaned. I didn't think the stains would come off. I was wrong. OMG. The cushions are like new. I'm completely delighted with the results and the price was excellent. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Terrible service! Booked a complete bathroom steam clean which costs €95. I would have been as well off doing it myself..bathroom was barely touched..a quick lick and out the door is what I got. My husband seen the lady packing up and went to check the bathroom as she was in there less than an hour..no steaming done, tiles filthy she hadn’t even steamed the floor which was the main area that needed cleaning. She had to go back out to the car to get the steamer after my husband questioned her.
I complained and sent photos they offered to redo it a week later. They sent the exact same lady and same story bathroom was no where near clean(and I have a new bathroom it’s not exactly difficult to do) Again I sent photos and asked for refund..no one got back to me they completely ignored my email. Never again!

And to your half arsed reply you just sent in.yes you did offer to reclean it and yes I accepted and that is what my whole review is about…you sent the same lady and she did the exact same thing only worse. The bathroom was not touched and I sent you all the photos to prove it. I was never once offered a refund instead I was ignored my email was never responded to..so please don’t try and cover up with your full of lies reply 2 months later hoping I would forget and not see it at least own it!

Vitalii team did a deep clean of ensuite and oven, great job, very happy with results.

3 cleaners turned up to do the job. We got them started and then when we went back a few hours later, only 2 remained.
Some good work done but then whole areas untouched. Guess that was the missing cleaner's job...
If you hire Cleanbee make sure you are about for the whole day and ensure they do exactly as quoted and don't self manage.
P.s - the cleaner said we should contact him directly in future so we don't have to pay so much.

Alex did a great job on the Deep cleaning of 2 bathroom. On time and Very professional and thorough.

Great Service, Serji arrived early this morning, I got my carpet on the stairs and landing cleaned. Very happy with my carpet it’s like brand new again.
