Disappointed with the standard

Disappointed with the standard of cleaning of my conservatory. I paid £250 to have the interior cleaned and understood they would clean behind my pleated roof blinds but there are still dead flies, etc on them. They did not clean the Perspex roof either, only the glass windows. I also asked if they could tighten up one of the cords on the roof blinds but they didn't do this either. Feel like 'I have been taken for a ride' and not at all happy with the amount of work done for the money I paid.
30/08/2021 This was a Scottish company, not an English one which the reply I received implies. They have taken four years to respond!!!
