Extremely poor customer service..
Poor customer service. Clays failed to deliver the food on the agreed date. This is the second time. There was no communication from Clay about any delays. You can only contact them by email. Ther are no phone numbers on their site. The food is a perishable item, and they do not seem to care that I would recieve food not fit for consumption. Clays does not seem to care about the delay and I wouldnt be surprised if this was a regular occurence. Very disappointing that they do not care about delivering the food on time as promised.
