I received a damaged part from this…
I received a damaged part from this company, contacted them only to be told It was not damaged when they sent it, but there were no broken bits in the packaging though.
4 garages that I have visited regarding the damaged part have all confirmed the exact same reason, the part I got has to be removed from the vehicle from the inside so the clips don't get broken, this part was pried from the vehicle from the exterior and that fact is purely evident, hence the broken clips.
This company splashes their eBay feedback everywhere as a way to get people's trust when everything they list on eBay is only sold outside of eBay, this company uses the excuse that they avoid fee's that way, but the truth is if they sell damaged parts via eBay that get paid for via PayPal, the buyer can get a full refund and this is the real reason for them wanting bank transfers, I am out of pocket with a part that is only fit for the bin.
Please take my advice and AVOID this untrustworthy, dishonest, incompetent company. And if you don't, then make a uncut video of you opening the packages they send and checking the parts because if you discover damage and contact them, they will say that you broke the part. which by the way is not a first for this company. I only purchased from them after reading their feedback and believing it, wow, that was a big mistake!
This company should use the motto I've given them "If it isn't broken, then we fix it until it is"
I put that all this on their Facebook page where they advertise their feedback, and they removed it and blocked me, If that's not an admission of guilt then I don't know what is, and let me stipulate this, I'm not damaging their reputation by telling the truth here, they are damaging their own reputation by selling parts they know are damaged and then blaming any customer who complains, for that damage. My advice, ignore their eBay feedback but keep checking their feedback score to see how many genuine sales they make, and last but not least, if you can't pay via eBay then go elsewhere for your parts, you'll be glad you did. I have given a 1 star review, and they're lucky to even get that, If there was a lower option, I'd have selected that.
As for their last reply stating I no longer needed it and wanted a refund, I needed a unbroken camera and I've had to source that part elsewhere at extra cost, Does this company think they can send out broken parts and not expect any customer to want a refund? I challenge this company to use "PayPal" for all payments and by that, I don't mean "PayPal friends and family" either.
