BUYER BEWARE! I would give zero stars if able. I ordred my class daughters ring. It was almost $300, so cheap is not what I expected it to look like. It literally looked like it came out of a cracker jack box. The engraving was blurred together and looks like an amateur did it. The material used was poor and to top it off, it looked nothing like the one in the picture I ordered.

Customer service is poor:
I have spent well over a month in trying to contact the company for a resolution. I got one email offering to let me send it back with a prepaid envelope for them to redo. I said okay and then there was crickets. So I have asked several times for a return. Authorization number and heard nothing in return. I think they are stalling because they only give a 30 day return policy so if they don't give me the number within 30 days I can't return it. They already charge a 30%remelting fee which is ridiculous since the issue is their problem with poor quality. Theydont answer their phone and it goes to a voice mailbox that is full and unable to leave messages. My guess is I'm not the only one with these issues.

Go with a more reputable supplier like Balfour or Herff Jones!

I was so not impressed with this product quality. The back of the ring was open you could hear the stone rattling. You could see the bottom of the stone. It was held them by four little metal prongs. I was embarrassed to give this as a gift I sent it back wanted to refund they are charging me a 30% fee so I only got partial refund but nowhere on the website did it state that. Therefore not only poor quality, but poor customer service I recommend going with another company.

I ordered the classic women's ring in a size 9 silver. The ring, styling and color was perfect. the setting is not! It is stated to be .095 sterling. It has NICKEL as an alloy and I am allergic to nickel. They deny the nickel content. My finger is raw. This is after wearing for one hour! Now they say that the money-back guarantee is only in-store credit. I am fighting to get my money back. Do not trust them!

I ordered a ring from ClassRingShop.com with specific requirements, including a "Cybersecurity Engineering" engraving and a solid back. Initially, I was assured that these specifications could be met, and I agreed to an additional $500 for the solid back, as it was crucial to achieving the desired design.

However, upon receiving the ring, not once, but twice, my specifications were completely ignored. The "Cybersecurity Engineering" engraving was missing both times, despite multiple assurances from their team. What's more frustrating is that the additional payment for the solid back, which they claimed was necessary for the engraving, was not performed. It became clear that they were not capable of the solid back and failed miserably at the engraving.

Communication was abysmal throughout the process. Promises to send a picture of the engraving for approval were broken, leaving me blindsided by the final product. When I raised these concerns, the response was dismissive, offering a mere 30% refund if I returned the ring for a remelting fee. This is unacceptable for a company that repeatedly failed to deliver on its promises.

ClassRingShop.com's lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is astounding. I've never felt more misled and frustrated by a company's incompetence. Their actions scream of unprofessionalism and incompetence, and it's clear that they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction.

I strongly advise anyone considering ClassRingShop.com to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache, the disappointment, and the wasted money. This company is a prime example of how not to run a business.

Ordered my son's graduation ring as his birthday gift from this shop. Received it a week after ordering which was perfect because his birthday was 2 days after i received it. The engraving is beautiful and exactly what I expected. But the ring itself not very happy, that is why I gave it 3 stars. The ring band is crooked, and it makes it look cheap. Which it wasn't, I paid well over +$250 for it. Well too bad, wish I would have ordered this with plenty of time to have ordered it from a more professional shop but what is done is done. All I can say is order with caution. Sometimes the price is not worth it. Attached pics on Google Reviews!

The ring got here super fast it looked good exactly how I ordered it. I would order again and the price was way cheaper than other spots. I did get silver cause I couldn't afford gold but the silver looked good. I read some reviews of people who ordered gold plated and it faded really fast, but that will happen with gold plated that's why I ordered silver, but I was pleased and so was my son.

Terrible experience. They sent me my custom ring that arrived damaged. It had scuff marks making the wording unreadable. I returned it for the damages to be fixed and the ring to be resized. I was told this would take a week or two. They charged me a $50 resizing fee and a month later I still hadn’t heard anything from them. After many phone calls and emails, and the occasion that the ring was supposed to be for coming and going, I asked them for a refund. They refunded me $951 when the ring cost $1,368. I had to struggle with them for weeks for them to refund me the $50 resizing fee which I did finally receive. They refuse to return the “$300” remelting fee for the returned ring. If the ring hadn’t arrived completely flawed and damaged I would understand that, but in this situation that is outrageous. I would certainly never order from them again!

The absolute speed in which I received my ring was amazing! I got a nice silver ring with a ruby, and customized it nicely. They worked on it throughout the weekend. I placed my order on a Saturday and received it on Tuesday. This will be the go to company for any custom class rings I have made, especially my sister’s graduation. And the price is good too!!!

If you’re considering buying a class ring, I promise this site will not let you down. These people were absolutely great, and ensured that- even though I made a last minute purchase -I would still have my ring by the graduation ceremony.

Amazing experience! I ordered a class ring for my daughter and got it in less than a week! It is beautiful! The price was way better than other sites. We were able to get sterling silver instead of the cheaper silver rings the other companies offer at a higher price than this one. The site was easy to use to design the ring, and there were lots of options of images and different custom options. The ring came today and it's truly perfect. Less than one week!
