Claim on their website to buy old rugby shirts, I sent them details of 20, including some rare ones. Took a while to respond and just said no thanks unfortunately, with no explanation. That’s fine but don’t claim on your website that you do buy them or at least provide reasoning why you don’t want rare jerseys.

We bought a vintage lions shirt for a birthday present (bought in April for June birthday) it has been worn and washed twice following the washing instructions and now the letters are peeling off.
Having contacted the company their response was that they are not responsible for how things are washed and that they cannot offer a refund or exchange.
