My daughter placed order beginning of December. Company never sent her confirmation, tracking number, delivery confirmation. She chased company after couple weeks and got answer that it was delivered to safe place… where is confirmation of delivery? Tracking? She will be opening dispute to ger refund with the bank and company fails to provide any information!
Our son, neice and I attend MCM Comic Con Exhibition at Excel Centre in London every year. This is when we first found Classic Characters and the lovely family that runs the business - this, about three years ago. Since then we have regularly purchased from them. A fantastic range of products for each character and there is truely someone for everyone. The products themselves are quality made and reasonably priced with this is mind. We have also purchased online - their website is well presented and easy to navigate around and use. A great all service and products. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED RETAILER / BUSINESS to purchase from.
