Bought a classical guitar upgrade with hard case for my eldest, at the request of their guitar teacher. Spoke to Ed Peczek who was very approachable, knowledgable and patient. Both items arrived today, extremely well packaged, and he also very kindly included two sets of complimentary strings. My son is extremely with the Alegria's wonderful sound, has a newfound interest in playing his individual and orchestra pieces, and I think practice will be a lot more enjoyable for me now too; the guitar's tone is wonderful. Warm thanks from a very happy customer.

I ordered the Sageworks guitar support and magnets from Ed at The Classical Guitar Academy. Unfortunately the guitar support was faulty and I sent it back. I received a replacement a few days later and it is brilliant. I use it in two of my guitars. Ed is a real expert in his field and had no hesitation in sending me a replacement. Brilliant customer service from a real professional who knows his business inside out. You are in good hands.

Everything with the purchase was fine. However I had to pay an extra £35.00 to the Swedish customs for import duty - I was not aware of this and realise it is not the fault of the seller, but maybe a forewarning on the site that this may happen for overseas orders might be useful. The figure of £35.00 might not seem a lot but it is 35% over and above the price I expected to pay.

The order was despatched very quickly was well packed and arrived promptly.
I thought the items, a guitar support and guitar strings, were competitively priced price. I found the item descriptions and reviews on the web site and on YouTube very helpful. I am very pleased with the purchases.

Delighted with guitar and your prompt efficient service. However have noticed slight fret buzz on 3rd string/3rd fret. I will give it time to settle in and may try different strings when next replaced.

This was my first order from Classical Guitar Academy and the service was excellent. I was buying my son's next guitar and Ed took the time to carefully consider my son's needs. Due to lockdown, I couldn't visit in person and I was initially apprehensive about having to navigate a remote purchase, particularly as a non-guitatist with little guitar knowledge. I really needn't have worried though - Ed was incredibly approachable and generous with his specialist advice. The online ordering process was also straightforward and delivery was very quick. The guitar (Amalio Burguet 2DV) was packaged well and we are delighted with its quality and sound.

Helpful video on-line let me choose the guitar support that met my needs (and wallet!) which was delivered promptly and safely.

Ed was really informative, helpful and patient and he has a really interesting and well priced stock of instruments and accessories. Ed sent me recordings, photos and critique of the products he suggested and he listened carefully to my ideas. I felt I was getting genuine advice and will definitely return to CGA.
