I received great service from Simon at The Class Fundraising Team, who arranged a reprint of my Grandson’s Christmas mug and couriered it to me free of charge as a gesture of goodwill when I emailed to check on its whereabouts prior to Christmas.
I would definitely recommend using this company and look forward to my grandson’s designs for next year’s decorations.

Absolute rubbish, lost my first order, tried to fob me off to the school until I reminded them of distance selling regulations, they resent my order.

Terrible print quality, printed upside down and not even in the centre, useless as Christmas cards.

We’ve had a brilliant experience with Class Fundraising. Their communication has been excellent from start to finish — friendly, clear, and always quick to respond. The whole process of creating our school’s personalised tea towels was incredibly smooth, and the turnaround time was impressively fast.

The finished tea towels look amazing, with great print quality that captured the children’s artwork perfectly. It’s been a wonderful fundraiser for our school.

We’ll definitely be using Class Fundraising again. Highly recommended!

Class Fundraising is an excellent company! Derek Bradley went above and beyond to help make our school’s fundraiser a real success. The support we received—especially when parents lost their codes and needed help—was fantastic. The whole experience was fun, easy to use, and created lasting memories for everyone involved. I highly recommend this company, not only for the great quality of their products but also for their outstanding customer service and stress-free fundraising process.

How can a service be so poorly thought out? The whole design of the service isn't fit for purpose. Our school used a different company before, and it was a streamlined process. Enter your code and the child's school, design and name all loaded, with previews of your child's design on the products to give you an idea. Whoever designed this website has used inadequate technology and hasn't thought about the user at all. Unacceptable.

This is a classic example of a website designed by a software engineer with no experience in service design or user experience.

I have had to type the two six-character codes *five* times during my order. Once to "unlock" (what on earth does that mean?) and once more for each product I wanted to order. During this "unlock" process I gave my child's name and yet it is beyond them to provide any sort of friendly drop down or mechanism to order products except by repeatedly typing in these codes.

The QR codes on the flyer we were given either have just the codes in (not a link, literally just the codes) or a link (without the codes). Again, a modicum of thought and effort would provide a link that incorporates the codes so that you barely need to know they exist.

The shipped products (last year) were mediocre. Very cheap, somewhat cheerful, fine/acceptable.

There is so much room for improvement, but this years experience was identical to the last. I literally said to my wife as I started that I wasn't looking forward to the process.

I wouldn't have chosen to use this company were it not for the option chosen for me by the school PTA.

We put together a portrait tote bag as a gift for work colleagues and we couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. The team were really helpful guiding us through the process and the quality of the product is exceptional.
My kids school has previously used Class Fundraising for a portrait tote bag, again with fabulous results.

Really great experience with Class Fundraising. We registered quite late but they were brilliant, our design templates arrived super quick. The staff were really helpful with queries, the ordering system was straightforward and as the organiser I could see the orders coming in. Finally our goods were delivered quickly and in plenty of time for Christmas.

We used Class Fundraising for our Christmas card project and they were very helpful. The families loved the cards and we earned a few extra pennies. Win-win!

The fundraising pack is thoughtfully designed, incredibly easy to use. We received the templates and once completed, returned them. We then received the individual orders containing the children's artwork. Parents were able to order online which made the process so simple. We then received their orders to distribute. They provide excellent commission (which is higher the earlier you place the orders!).

The entire process was stress-free and the products were high quality.

If you're a nursery or school looking to raise funds, this is the perfect solution. Highly recommend!

As our son started Reception School in September 2024, this is the first time we have had the wonderful experience of seeing the artwork he created and for us then to select items for personalisation.

We were delighted to have various items to choose for personalising with our son's artwork and we decided to gift many for Christmas! Makes lovely keepsakes.

Unfortunately, when the ceramic mug arrived despite being in a sturdy box, the handle was smashed. I contacted "Class Fundraising" and the colleague/team were tremendously understanding and helpful for sending a replacement. I was everso surprised as the mug arrived in time for Christmas.
The process was incredibly efficient and I must say that the customer service is impeccable. Sets quite a benchmark. Keep up the amazing work.

First year our school have used this company and I was very impressed. The system was so easy to use, I placed the order quickly with no issues. I even placed a second order as my child wanted a teddy. The items arrived together, the quality is great and they were all well packed and labelled which must have been very simple for the school to hand out to the relevant class and pupil. I would definitely recommend ordering from Class Fundraising.

3 items missing from the order, no way to contact via email to request refund or resent and phone number is not answered (and also had no recorded message). Absolute scam do not use

The poorest company I have ever used. I placed two orders, one for each child as per their information. They printed the wrong child's design on something and are now claiming this is because one order had both artwork codes despite it not being possible to do this and yet because my children's artwork is now deleted from the system I can't go through the steps to check what they are saying. Customer service has been absolutely terrible
