banned on clash.gg for no reason, deposited multiple times, no issues i won and instantly got banned for '' TOS Violation'' .
i asked for what they just responded with a automated stupid responce telling me to check rules, i will leave the response below. worst gamble site ever. biggest house edge ive seen, the most rigged site of all. even opening cs2 cases has a better rtp.

Stealing Funds.
I depod 3 times on clash.gg, no issues, i won, and tried to withdraw my funds. I wasn't able to do that, i tried steam, didn't work, messaged support, they BANNED my account, because i had multiple accounts that they didn't allow, but i had banned myself in all those other accounts, self exclusion.
I asked for a full refund in that case, or to be able to just withdraw my funds, they said no.
Told me i will be able to withdraw my funds in 3 months, ONLY when my self exclusion date ends.
Complete scam, worst support.

Up until recently when I won 616 gems,which normally would be worth £308 for me so I thought okay maybe for once I’ll take a weapon out to play with so I chose a aqua marine revenge for 616gems which at the time I trust there pricing to be right it wasnt until the trade come in and I accepted it that I saw the gun was only worth £176 so that’s a £124 loss which means there pricing was completely out

Terrible experience
Was verifying for the site and the KYC failed. No issue, I contacted support and was told to submit a selfie and picture of my ID, which I complied.
Was subsequently told to wait 2-12hours. I checked back after 2 hours and saw that I was banned for being underaged.
The document used shows that I am clearly an adult. Contacted their chat and no reply AT ALL, so sent in an email and am waiting to see if they are willing to assist.

Unfair Ban After Winning – Total Scam Experience
I deposited €300 on this garbage site, played fairly, and actually managed to win. As soon as I tried to withdraw, they suddenly blocked my account and accused me of "fraud" — without any proof, explanation, or real reason.
There was no fraud involved at all. I used one account, followed all the rules, and played normally. But clearly, the moment you start winning, they just ban you to avoid paying out. It's a complete scam.
Clash.gg is happy to take your money when you're losing, but the moment you win, you're labeled a "fraudster" and your account is locked.
Avoid this site at all costs. I’ve already contacted my bank and will be filing a chargeback. I’ll also be reporting this platform for fraudulent practices.
