Ana P is great, products need improvement
Ana P is basically the only good part about Clarks I can come up with at this point. Something about the brand in the last several years has changed - the products, not the people.

I was concerned that the customer service would be lacking after I purchased a pair of shoes from the Clark’s website. I’m happy to say that Ana reviewed my concern and rectified it promptly. She was courteous and took my concern seriously, and I would say that she kept me from walking away from this brand.
A good experience
Clarks shoes are so comfortable and can be worn with every outfit - cloud steppers is the kind I order every year. Customer Service was very helpful in issuing a refund for shipping, which had been deemed "free" for this order.

I contacted Clarks customer service to inquire about the delivery date of my order. Rachel was very professional and answered all my questions.

I bought 3 paires of sandals last March. One of them broked suddenly without any raisons. I contact the customer service and I received a fast and good response from Ana P. She was really helpfull to resolve this problem.
Breeze Sandals
My husband bought me a pair of Clarks sandals for my birthday which I loved! After a few months of wear, the lower rubber of the shoe started breaking down quite drastically. I was very surprised considering the normal quality of Clarks shoes. I decided to inform & write Clarks Canada of my disappointment, along with photos of the shoes. After a bit of time, Ana P. responded with a very supportive email. She then requested proof of purchase which I did provide in a following email. She quickly responded offering a replacement pair along with the details needed from me to move forward. I received my new replacement pair promptly, sooner than expected. I am hopeful that there will be no issues with this new pair. I am happy with my experience with Ana P. & Clarks. I will continue to purchase shoes from this company. I love my Breeze sandals as they are so supportive and comfortable!
After roughly 3 months of wear
After roughly 3 months of wear, my sandals started to crack on both sandals. I tried to get an exchange at the store who would only accept them if not worn?? I contacted Clark’s customer service and at first they said I should go to the store but I told them my experience and Ana P. quickly resolved the issue and is sending a new pair.
Very happy with that response because in my past experience, Clark’s are superior quality shoes and I have never had an issue with them.
Easy to order and return items
Easy to order and return items. After a little mix up with applying the return labels (mistake done by me) the customer service team (Ana) was able to quickly resolve and issue my refund.
Great service
When I received my shoes I noticed one shoe by the soul was ripped. I contacted customer service to see if I could return and reorder at the same discounted price I originally purchased them. They advised no I would have to pay regular price. I sent them an email and they honoured the same price I initially paid. Ana P was very helpful!
Now that is Customer Service!
I had a sandal come apart and I sent photos to customer service explaining my issues. I received a very prompt reply and a solution to my problem that I was very happy with. I am and always will be a loyal customer to Clarks. I have been very vocal in that I am telling all my friends the great customer service I have received from Clarks.
Quality and customer service are abysmal
I've bought Clarks for years without issue, recently though I had a pair of shoes that started to break after only 3 months of wear. When I reached out for support I was told to take them to a cobbler because they won't support them. For the price I paid for these shoes the poor quality and unhelpful customer service are completely unacceptable. If it weren't for my years of good luck with Clarks I would certainly be giving a 1 star review. This experience has been abysmal.

I recently had great customer experience with Ana at Clark’s. My sandal order did not give me the discount on the 4th pair in my cart - after placing the order and making payment I reached out online and Ana was able to look at my online order and make the adjustment to apply the credit. Great customer service - thanks Clark’s for the great experience.

Wide widths galore!!!
As a person with wide feet and high arches, I always have a hard time finding shoes. Clark’s had a fantastic selection of shoes and I was able to fit into several pair that I ordered (I ordered a size up and the size I normally wear so two options). Returns my phone were easy though I did read free returns on the website when I placed the order. The policy changed midway to seven dollars, but I’m not gonna quibble the small stuff. Super pleased with the quality of the shoes and the variety was just fantastic.
