really bad customer service and poor logistics. Ordered 15 days ago and no indications of delivery or progress to the order. Not recommended at all. First and last experience. What a waste of time and money
I paid CHF 107.50 for the shoes (with free postage). For a more than a week nothing happened so I got in touch with the seller to ask about the status.
Next day the transaction was cancelled without an explanation - and I only got a partial refund of CHF 90.53!
The site seems to be legit but I really don't understand why Clarks uses a partner, which obviously ruins Clarks' reputation.
They are fckng motherfckrs scammers with the customer support service I have experienced in my life. I ordered a pair of shoes size 47 and O receibed the pair of shoes size 44. They told me that I could just return them and they will refund the money. But the problem is that I need the shoes for a wedding and they are not offering any kind of exchange and made me do all the hustle for their mistake instead of helping me and make everything easier. Just an awful company.
I have made an order and wanted to modify it because I forgot something to add and unfortunately was not possible.
The order cannot be canceled.
The only way to modify your order is to wait for delivery and then to return it.
Then you do not know when you will receive refund.
And this is the recommendation from clarks.eu:
"As we mentioned before, we kindly inform you that as orders are processed automatically and quickly, we are not able to modify them in any way or cancel them before shipment.
Therefore, once the order has been processed, it will be shipped.
We kindly invite you to refuse the parcel, once it has been delivered to you."
Do not order from this website. The name Clarks is well-known, so you might be tempted, but don't unless you're ordering from the UK branch. I ordered shoes, which arrived and didn't fit. I wanted to reorder in a different size. They promise free returns and told me to send the ill-fitting pair back. They said they had a problem with their returns system, so to cover my own fees and they'd reimburse me. Needless to say, they have gone SILENT, ignoring my e-mails about this for weeks. They do not care, they will take your money and treat you like dirt. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS.
Ordered on line tracking shows delivered and signed for on a Sunday evening at 1732? Never received by myself nor my family, checked with neighbours requested a photograph of the delivery,still waiting a replacement or refund, definitely would never use this online company, after many years of online ordering this is my first bad experience,
I ordered and paid for a pair of shoes for 450dkk plus 79dkk in shipping, totaling 529 DKK. Only an hour after my purchase, without explanation, PayPal sends an email saying I am being refunded 449 DKK. They literally just stole 79 DKK from me! I will follow suit and threaten legal action, as the others have done. This is highly disappointing as the shoes are for my toddler who has abnormally wide feet and I don’t know where to buy proper footwear.

I ordered shoes a few weeks ago. The shoes themselves were great. But last week some conman phoned me and tried to pass himself as someone from my bank warning me of fraudulous credit card charges, likely to make me wire money to his account. He did have complete knowledge of my clarks.eu transaction (claiming this was how my card got pirated) and gave me confidential information like my address and last digits of my credit card. All information available in my clarks.eu account. When I logged in there, a fake shipping address was present -- thankfully I had declined saving my credit card info. I immediately changed my password and used the contact form to demand my account to be deleted. Not only clarks.eu has failed to secure my personal information, but 4 days later, my account has still not been deleted. This store is insecure, avoid at all costs.
Edit: almost 3 weeks later and Clarks.eu has still failed to take any action and they refuse to delete my unprotected personal data.

I have purchased online a pair of flip flops , to expect 5 to 7 working days delivery... Its now day 6 (4 working days) and item hasn't even been shipped.... So I emailed to be told high volume of orders and still no idea when they will decide to ship
AVOID AT ALL COSTS SHOPPING HERE, NOT THE REPUTABLE SHOP EXPECTED FROM SUCH A WELL KNOWN BRAND. Wrongly declined a refund when trying to return Clarks shoes well within the returns window. Called customer services who confirmed a refund should have been given, so tried to return again and refused again. This is appalling customer service and goes completely against trading standards and legal terms for returns. Still unresolved and out of pocket. Wish I could give this review minus stars.
NEVER Clarks. Clarks payment system mistake.
Ordered 3 pairs of shoes on 13 of March, received double order. Automatic AI email service, no proper answer, wanted to give back what they sent to me by their mistake+shoes I payed for and did not want to keep. After 10 days of fight they sent me a pick up return label by email (not using homepage). Again many emails with reminder that they got the shoes in three days, so where is my money? AI "copy/paste answers" what means no communication at all. Finally they sent me a my money- half of it. Again emailing, no phone number on homepage. Tried Clarks.com but it told me I have to communicate with Clarks.eu. On 14th of June I got my money back and even not a word about the discount or any other real apologies. Worst online and shoes experience in my life, lot of wasted time and health for nothing.
I have the exact same experience as the others here: shoes returned in good order on May 8 (return process is already complicated), but still no money back (it is now June 22). Sent a lot of emails to the 'customer service', with standard response: we appreciate your patience (which I certainly didn't have anymore), have forwarded your email with the highest priority to the relevant team, will be handled asap... blah blah blah. This went on for 6 weeks. Today I was done with it. I adapted a standard letter (available on the DAS.nl, a Legal Aid site) to my situation/problem and emailed it to Clarks customer service (on June 22, 2023 at 12:39 p.m.), indicating that they were in default. I also indicated that I would also send this letter by registered mail. At 15.21 I received an email with a different content than before (for the first time no standard dismissal message). And what was my surprise: at 5.36 pm (still on June 22) the money was refunded to me!! Apparently it only works if you take legal action or threaten to do so.
I hope someone else can benefit from it because the way they work at Clark online is really unacceptable!
I have ordered a pair of sandals and paid for the delivery to Denmark.
The day after I received the email saying that my money will be refunded without any explanation.
After contacting the customer service, they told me the item is sold out and I will get a refund. When I checked the website, they were still available!
Now I see the shipping cost is deducted from my account.
So I have paid the shipping for an item that was never sent to me!
I returned 2 pair of shoes around 2 months ago. I only got the money back for 1 of them, even though they were at the same package. It has been 2 months since, they told me I will get the money, and I keep getting emails that they are "checking".
I followed all of Clark’s return specifications and took return to post office with their return label securely attached. I have heard nothing after waiting over two weeks. I called customer service and they told me that they have not received the sandals, and that I need to go to post office for authentication. Looks like I am not alone regarding returns from Clark’s.
