The discount offered by mail proves ineffective, which is rather misleading and disloyal. And the answer by customer service was poor. And worse, the link to service assessment is also ineffective !!

Almost one year after canceling my order and only returning 2/3 of amount, I am still waiting for the rest of the money. They promised to return the full amount within a few working days, but apparently someone pocketed the money and ran away. Never buying Clarks again, neither from this store, nor anywhere else.

I’ve always loved Clarks' shoes and have been a loyal customer for years. Have to say, nowadays, customer service is quite below par for a company with such a long history of standing for quality. The chat bot is an absolute joke. No phone number to call. Only an online form to fill in and then sit and wait, with no communication what so ever. In fairness, hence the three stars, my problem was solved after a week and I’m not blaming employees who have to work within this flawed system, but in this day and age, you’d think a company of this size and age would have their customer service game a little more honed. At the very least, if you’re going to use a chat bot, invest in a bot that actually works.
I wouldn’t like to see Clarks go out of business but you’re not helping yourself much with your current customer care strategy.

No delivery no update . Paid for shoes got email confirmation and nothing since. There is no connection between store where I ordered from and delivery information. The girl (Lisa) in store was very apologetic and tried her best but she had no idea where my shoes were. She was very helpful ringing other stores trying to locate another pair but there is no internal delivery system which is very poor. Online ordering was down as the payment section wasn’t working (10 th Oct)I am a very long standing customer of Clarks but the service is sub standard. All due to no communication with shop staff. How is staff supposed to give a service if the company keeps them in the dark? Not fair to staff or customer

Ordered new shoes for my disabled daughter. Inevitably Evri lost the order. Heard nothing from Clarks on what was happening for a week. They then just refunded me as if to say "not my problem". Meanwhile my daughter still needs new shoes.

The customer service provided was professional and pleasant. My matter was resolved in a timely manner. The representative took the time to find my placed order and provided necessary details on purchase and delivery.
After having an issue with two purchases which had nothing to do with the company, it was a delivery issue, the representatives I spoke to were very helpful and understanding. They came to the most reasonable conclusion and I was totally satisfied.
These are wonderful shoes, so comfortable, as if made bespoke, I have bought four pairs of one kind in two different styles and two of another design, the latter being waterproof as well. I would not bother with any other manufacturer to be frank and have discarded three old pairs from so called up-market labels.
I have been wearing Clarks for several decades because they are nice shoes. Now one shoe is broken within 7 months of purchase and I cannot claim a warranty because Clarks does not provide one on shoes purchased through the site. I am being fobbed off with a 15% discount on the next purchase.
In addition, they answer in terribly bad Dutch so that you have to read several times to understand what is written.

Overall, your customer service is horrible! I called a total of 5 times in the past 3 weeks to get answers as to where my order was.. I got 4 different reasons, or excuses as to why I didn’t get my order. My 5th call was 3 days ago when Felicity answered my call, and within in 10 mins, she resolved the issue..Felicity gets (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️), for going over and beyond.

Had issues with a return not being registered. It took a longer time to get an answer back, but when they got back to me, the issue was instantly resolved. Amy Carelse from customer service solved the issue extremely well.
I submitted a return via the online instructions and the system said I would be sent a QR code to return via post office. No email came through. I’ve tried calling customer services and been on hold for hours but no one is answering. Online chat is rubbish as you can’t speak with someone as it’s only automated questions. I just want to return shoes - why is this so difficult!

87 percent one-star reviews? What a shock.
There is NO customer service. I purchased a pair of Clarks four months ago that were defective in materials and workmanship and the company basically told me to 'kick rocks'. No warranty. Zip.
A friend had an issue with some Blundstones that developed an issue with the soles after over ten years of use and they happily replaced them without argument.
My first pair of Clarks Wallabees was in the early 70s. Goodbye Clarks, I'm going back to Rockports.
