Clarks - Workington Reviews 7

The Clarks store in Workington is now not open at all on Sundays and Mondays, so I had a wasted 80-minute roundtrip to find that out. Even if it is only temporary, it is very easy to change your opening times on Google Maps.

Phoebe in Wokingham made the annual school shoe shop a joy. We had booked an appointmentment and were seen straight away (although the shop was busy with children). The children were measured and Phoebe was able to bring a crucially small selection (my children are terrible at making decisions when faced with too much choice) of appropriate shoes based on my description. She also brought an insole as my daughter likes slip ons and insoles are usually necessary.

We were leaving the shop after a painless 15mins with 2 pairs of shoes two happy children and a very happy Mum.

My grandson is autistic and the service in Clarks today was excellent , Toni served us it’s a shame she’s leaving

We went to the workington shop today to get our son his first pair of shoes, we were helped by Andrea. She measured his feet and then we had a look at the shoes and she spoke to us about the different ones. E.g. which ones were for non walkers and more confident walkers etc, this made it easier to choose a pair for our son. She was really helpful and very friendly. Will definitely be back

Chloe & the duty manager were really lovely, helpful & knowledgeable, the overall experience was swift, I went away with a lovely pair of comfortable trainer type shoe, very satisfied.

Ryan was a very knowledgeable and friendly member of staff who really helped with finding new shoes for my daughter. He made her feel comfortable and explained everything clearly to me.
