I went to return two pairs of shoes from an internet order to the Clarks in Witney. Despite being within the fourteen day return window, they initially refused to process the return. I had to insist they accepted the return and as soon as they reluctantly scanned the return, it was of course shown to be acceptable. Very unpleasant experience and a black mark to Clarks.

Good quality boots
