Visited the West Bromwich Store, Jack is always very helpful, polite and willing to help. He is sooo good and makes shopping much easier especially by helping to find right size and ordering in if needed. Thank you Jack.

Lovely young lady call Nicole serve me her service was excellent, she went out of her way to find me a pair boots and shoes she was polite and very helpful.i will go back to the store again and will recommend to my family and friends to go to Nicole please make sure u feed this information to Nicole.

Jack was very helpful, not only with help me try shoes I had picked out, but also making suggestions of pairs I had not considered. I ended up buying those he had suggested. No pushy sales, just helpful, courteous and experienced. Would definitely recommend.

We were assisted by Shrish at the West Bromwich branch and it was honestly the most pleasant service I have ever received at Clarks. My daughter is quite fussy so choosing the right shoes took some time but Shrish's level of service never wavered and she was pleasant and very helpful throughout. Will definitely use this branch in future.

Himani and team mate at this branch were very helpful, I had fun and games finding school shoes for my children, himani found a size in the end for my daughter at the back when I returned to Clarks after having no luck looking for her size in other shops,I always have a good experience at Clarks every 6 months for children’s footwear and feet measurements.

We arrived early and were seen early Aishah was very helpful and quick but thorough with the measuring and fitting.

Came into Clark’s (West Bromwich)for my daughter’s school shoes. Amongst the chaos the lady who helped me (Riya) was super helpful, patient and didn’t stop until me and my daughter were satisfied with the shoes and fitting. Great energy and very polite
