Great experience
We have been to Clarks Westwood Cross Thanet. Shop assistant Zoe was very helpful and she made a call to another Clarks shop to reserved the right size of shoes we were interested in. She even noticed I was wearing clarks sandals from past collection.

Joy was a joy.
Went in looking for school shoes ready for September. We were served by Joy who was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She made sure the shoes fit correctly and tried to make the shoes my child wanted fit even if it wasn't successful. She explained in language my child could understand why the shoes didn't fit and how it could be uncomfortable, maybe even painful, and redirected to shoes that would be more suitable for their foot type. Gave us a clear explanation of the guarantee and other policies that would apply to us and made an un-pushy suggestion for care products. Overall Joy made our experience joyful 😊

My little ones 1st Shoes
Today I got my little ones 1st shoes.
I was served by lady called Joy.
Joy was a joy made our whole experience seamless with a toddler.
She was helpful with measuring his feet.
Friendly extremely professional.
Bonus our shoes where in sale.
So personalised in box with my little ones name.
Would definitely recommend Clark's to new parents.
