Terrible service. Avoid.
Terrible service, absolutely diabolical. Purchased TWO pairs of shoes, 1 pair in February, the Velcro on them lasted about 4 weeks. Bought a second pair as I thought maybe she had just outgrown them, this second pair then had the exact same issue and lasted even shorter, about 3 weeks the Velcro just wasn’t sticking so the shoes were coming off her feet. Contacted customer services who said to provide bank statements or receipts, which I had done, they then came back and said they “couldn’t find my orders on the systems”. Very convenient. I’ve paid £56 for TWO pairs of shoes within 3 months for a 1 year old is an absolute joke. And after now reading the reviews on the same shoes, this seems like a common fault which Clarks are obviously aware of and still continue to sell the shoes. Absolutely disgusting , very poor quality and even more so poor quality customer service.
I was also told TWO different measurements for her as I went to one store (stockport) and they told me she was a 3G, so I was mis sold the shoes anyway, got her measured a mere 3 weeks later at the Lowry outlet store and she was measuring a 2 1/2 G ? Makes absolute no sense how they can get the size wrong, sell me the wrong size and let my daughter walk around with shoes that are too big. How they can measure a child’s feet wrong I don’t know. Again customer services don’t seem to care. I will 100% avoid Clarks now in the future. Absolutely shocking.
