I was very anxious about finding a suitable pair of shoes that would fit the splint I was given after having a stroke. Kiran at the Solihull Clarks shop understood my requirements and found a suitable shoe with the minimum of fuss. She turned a potentially stressful situation into a pleasure, with her help and professionalism.

Staff were courteous and tracked down a style /size of shoe not displayed in my size on the sale shelf . This further necessitated a search to locate the other matching shoe of the pair.
Pleasant and helpful manner and service from both of the staff members on shop floor .

Always brilliant friendly service from the staff in Solihull branch. Quality shoes and helpful people make for a perfect customer experience.

We had fantastic service from somebody called Ewan at Clarks Solihull today.
My wife has a medical problem and Ewan was so helpful in sorting out the right shoes for her.
He went that extra mile.

We bought a pair of school shoes at the end of August at Solihull. So far the shoes are great- comfy and smart. We visited the store in a very busy day, but our shopping was nice and pleasant, because of the truly wonderful Sophie. She approached us in a warm and friendly manner, offered us a variety of school shoes and was very kind and patient while helping our child to try the shoes and choose the best one for him. Thank you Sophie for making our shopping experience a pleasure.

Anika was lovely with our son Dylan’s first pair of shoes today. Friendly and professional and took the time to explain how measuring his feet works, and how to check if they fit well in the future.

I went to buy my son’s school shoes in the Solihull store. I was served by Pat who has served me before, she has always been so helpful and kind. I felt Pat knew what she was talking about when giving advice on shoes for my son. Even though the store was busy, she didn’t make us feel rushed at all to choose. Thanks to Pat!

Having a 6ft tall, wide footed 15 year old going back to school, I really had to mentally prepare myself for hours of shoe shopping with a boy who doesn’t like shopping. Historically I have always got school shoes from Clark’s but now he’s not in kids sizes (size 11) it’s not so easy as he can’t have trainers or shoes that look like trainers and doesn’t want smart shoes / winkle pickers. This is especially difficult with wide feet.
As soon as we arrived (in the adults section), Ewan was amazing, such a polite young gentleman. Measured his feet and went through the styles he could choose in wide. He promptly went to collect an array of sizes for good measure so there was no back and forth. A decision was made and proper advice given regarding insoles to find the right balance. All done in less than an hour, absolutely perfect.
The only negative I have is the selection of less formal wide shoes that aren’t trainers isn’t the best. Especially with the amount of school children now having to use the adult selection I really feel like the business could make more money on that side if they had more options
