I was helped by Cathy while I was still browsing. She confirmed they had styles and sizes using her hand-held device and I was ushered away from families buying ‘school shoes’ to a separate seating area. I was impressed that they still had stock in ‘wide’ fittings which always sell out quickly. The whole buying experience was slick and quick.

We were greeted when we arrived, served quickly and the person who served us - Erin - was great with the kids. Asked them their names and remembered. They both really warmed to her which doesn’t always happen. She provided great advice.

Erin was kind and patient with my son buying his first school shoes. Pleasant staff.

Friendly and efficient service, which was especially useful because we were shopping in a lunch break. Bryony served us and was super.

Arrived at the Reading Clarks Branch, I was welcomed by Dom who assisted with getting some insoles during a mad rush, was in and out in less than 3 mins!
Dom was super quick and efficient and always has a smile on his face :)

Tia was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us with finding the right kind of fit for the school shoes bearing in mind my daughter has quite wide feet. She was friendly and easy to communicate with.

We attended an appointment for school shoe fitting today and what brilliant service we received from Ellis! They really went the extra mile to engage with our daughter and find styles in her size that matched her preferences. They checked the fit and ensured she was choosing a pair of shoes that were well fitting as opposed to just the ones she liked the look of best. A painless back to school experience all round from an exemplary sales person.

A big thank you to Rashad for her help today!! She was amazing!! And I have to say Clarks staff are always great at supporting us with shoes for our little boy who has autism and is non-verbal - always so kind, understanding and patient. Thank you!!!

Great patient work from Hasan with me and 3 kids all seeking a size check, school shoes, pe shoes and trainers! We did really well and Hasan was very helpful and kind.

Thanks to Ellis who made the visit really successful. Quickly built a good rapport with my children which put them at ease and made trying on and buying shoes much easier.

I wish I could give zero stars. I placed an order on August 11th during their EXTRA 20% OFF Flash 20 sale, only to have it canceled the very next day due to ‘lack of stock.’

Then, on Aug.21st, I placed another order during the same sale, and once again, it was canceled for the same reason.

I don’t understand why advertise products they can’t fulfill? and they still sale them online. It feels deceptive and like a total waste of customers’ time. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be ordering again.
