An excellent team at the Eldon square store. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They went over and above helping me with a product transaction yesterday and seemed genuinely happy to be of assistance. Thank you to the 3 members.

It was very easy to return shoes I bought online.
Staff were very pleasant and made it easy.

Thought I could use my love2shop gift card for two pairs of shoes but saying could only accept paper voucher very dissatisfied

The lady Tracy (probably the Manager) made everything go smoothly. Since I was a child my mother initially put me in Startrite, Clarks and K shoes. I have since stayed with affordable good shoes and now stay with Clarks. Tracy has the excellent Customer Services and Decision Making Skills to be admired. Her
team on the visits I made cooperate with
Tracy and make customers feel worthwhile. It is a busy store. Personally having won accolades at John Lewis for excellent Customer Service skills and previously won the UK Customer Service award at the University Library. Long may Clarks, Eldon Square, Newcastle Upon Tyne flourish

Popped in with my autistic adult son who doesn't like shopping at all... we usually buy online but I was struggling finding him some smart casual shoes. Nesha spent so much time with him measuring his feet and making him comfortable being patient and giving him advice on how to get his laces extra tight (he usually lives in slip on trainners)! She was very friendly and is an absolute credit to the store! Next time he needs shoes I won't even look online I'll be straight back to eldon square... he was happy and comfortable and came home with some shoes he likes! THANK YOU NESHA x

I got these for my brother, big bloke, need to stand a lot for his job. Loves this pair from Clarks. Says, it is extremely comfy and bouncy; makes walking fun. Asking for a brown one now :p

Do not buy from this company as you cannot return to shops ie newcastle North shields or south shields. Tryed for over a week the service is absolutely terrible I will never shop with these again.

Our grandaughter needed new school shoes and has one foot bigger than the other so always a bit of a challenge!

Eisha was very patient and most importantly found her some shoes she loved!

Very friendly and helpful. Found my the right school shoe for my daughter and advised on getting insoles. Came out with a happy child with shoes she loves. Thankyou so much.

Fantastic service from Emma, John and Shabs in Eldon Square, Newcastle to get kids’ school shoes this week. Emma was so helpful and made sure we got what we were looking for by ordering online and shoes arrived as promised.

My order came earlier than expected and I love how comfy the shoes are. And clarks Eldon square in Newcastle staff are always friendly, they treat customers with consideration.

Whilst in shop my new watch caught on two metal prongs that held saleable items that are obviously in the wrong place. The metal bezel is now scratched on my watch.
I told the staff in the Elton square shop but they didn't seem interested?!

Absolutely fantastic service from eldon square clarks after a questionable service from metrocentre clarks. Went to metrocentre first to have my 2 children's feet measure for school shoes. My son has always been a G fitting and my daughter an F but metrocentre said son was an F and daughter was a G. Not convinced we went to royal quays to have them measured who them said son was a G and daughter was an F, as they've always been. Then headed to eldon square to see how they measured there and they said the same as royal quays. Fitting was verified by an experience sales person alongside a trainee. Shabnam was extremely knowledgeable and was fantastic with the kids and the trainee. As a gesture of goodwill we even had one of the pair of shoes that they didn't have in stock delivered to our home free of charge. Will always go to eldon square now. Thank you very much!
