Clark’s Luton experience (manager is horrible)

I recently went to visit the new Clarks store in Luton, as I as arrived I was greeted by a kind, generous young man of the name Ibraheem, I browsed and found the shoes I liked for my daughter, as I was about to pay the manager had pulled him aside and started to speak in an extremely abrupt manner, saying that he has not been introducing the shoe card efficiently, however when I was being fitted he explained and introduced me to the shoe care system amazingly and educated me on all the different things to use to care for my daughters new school shoes. The manager is extremely impolite and unprofessional, after not only losing her decorum infront of a customer, she had the audacity to turn in my direction and proceed to give me dirty looks. After I payed my daughter and I decided to still browses the store for myself as I was in need of new work shoes, I got to witness the manager who’s name I believe is Rebecca, she had continued to walk around the store and speak in an aggressive manner towards other members of staff, and customers.

This is completely unacceptable, if it wouldn’t have been for the young man serving me, I would have given this review a 1 star since 0 stars is not applicable. This manager must fix up the way she behaves in a formal setting. You are meant to behave professionally especially if your job role is as high as a manager. As someone who is a retail manager myself, I would never dare to speak to my members of staff let alone my customers in such a disgusting, disrespectful manner. Lastly, if it wouldn’t have been for my daughter being with me as we attended the store, I would have never tolerated such behaviour whether it was to a member of staff I’ve never met or myself or another customer. This is absolutely disgusting and I truly hope that this behaviour will not be repeated or tolerated by anyone of higher authority of this manager and store.
