We were served by Viv in the Liverpool City Centre shop. She was fantastic, my partner was buying shoes for our wedding and she couldn't do enough. She suggested styles, helped us with inner soles and socks and kept going until we had the perfect fit. A lovely shopping experience.

What an amazing store clerk today. On her own dealing with all the customers. She's a credit to the store.

I visited Clark’s Liverpool (Church street) I was helped in the most professional and friendly way on 2 occasions this week. I must say the staff are so helpful and friendly, whilst still being very professional. Laura, Ellikate, Patricia and Dan were all eager to help. Great shop well done to all.

Walked in to be greeted by sales assistant Elliekate who not only made great efforts to seek the right shoe and size for myself but also went out of her way to make the shoes fit perfectly via insoles. She also advised on how to keep the shoe looking great. Overall one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Asset to the company.

Ordering on line is easy, and click and collect suits me. The staff in the Liverpool store are always helpful and pleasant. Excellent slippers.

Viv was amazing finding mum a pair of winter shoes after about 10 pairs and demonstrated the protector spray .

Children section is up stairs which doesn't make any sense. Then the lift was broken. Not sure what happened to prioritising childminder not putting them in the corner.

What an amazing services by Ellie Kate ❤️ every store you go in nobody wants to measure a kids shoe size u always need ask but Eliie approached use immediately and gaved use the help she went above and beyond and the store was nicely present on Kw 10/10

On the first floor the Sevcies wasn’t good the employe were talking around each other and overall there been no host !!

The buying experience was very good. Loved it. My daughter really loves her new pair of shoes 😍

The customer service when I went to pick up the shoes was excellent. The server suggested I try on a smaller, and wider fit as the ones I chosen were a little loose. This shoe size was perfect.

Just a note to thank the staff for wonderful service today. I visited with an elderly lady I look after. The staff went above and beyond to help us and we bought the perfect pair of shoes for her. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful, even in the middle of the Christmas rush, well done!
