Was seen at beginning of January by a different member of staff to normal to get my sons feet measured. Once home after few times wearing the shoes realised had been sold shoes which are too big and slipping off his feet. He didnt need new shoes after all. Was frustrating as felt like i was just getting pushed and pressured for a sale

This week during the Black Friday sale I have purchased a pair of shoes for my Granddaughter & myself , Vickie was so helpful friendly & professional a refreshing change to some service I've received on the high Street. A credit to the Leigh store thank you so much Vickie 👍👍

Excellent service
Bought a pair of sandals in the sale for my granddaughter which I had to return as they were too tight. The return date for a refund had expired but the sales assistant was very helpful in explaining we could still exchange the sandals. The assistant continued by measuring my granddaughter’s feet and then finding sandals in the correct size at a similar price. All in all a pleasant shopping experience with everyone happy with the purchase. Sandals are practical, sturdy and good value for money.

I visited your Leigh shop yesterday with my son and grandsons to buy new school shoes for one of them, Robin.
The 2 assistants Nicole and Leanne were so kind and patient with the boys who were in a lively mood.
I’m not sure which one of the ladies it was but she showed a genuine interest in our little chatterbox who wanted to invite her to his birthday party ! They were so helpful in ordering the shoes in the right size too. A lovely experience in all.

We visited the leigh store today to get my sons feet measured.My son was quite anxious about it,the lady (leanne b)that assisted us was so lovely and took her time to put my son at ease also measuring teddys feet nothing was too much trouble.We left with 2 pairs of good fitting shoes.We will visit again when needed.
