Very helpful and knowledgeable assistant, Nasima, helped me choose shoes that are comfortable and good for my feet. Good value too.

Kady was lovely and friendly, assisted me with finding the perfect heels for my graduation dress (dark purple dress)! The silver complemented it perfectly so thank you!

The experience was awesome. I bought a lovely boot at Clarks store in Leicester and I am particularly impressed with the sale representative (Her name is Precious) that attended to me. She was highly professional, calm, knowledgeable about the business and friendly. She also went ahead to recommend the rain and stain protector cause I told her how I really wanted the shoe to last for longer. Happy that I can even use this for my other shoes as well.

Nasima was so helpful and didn't make it feel a problem selecting the right size even though the shop was busy and she was dealing with 3 different customers

I took my return (boots that were too small) to the Clarks shop in High Cross Leicester and the assistant there was so friendly and helpful! The next size up wasn’t in stock and so she ordered my exchange to be delivered to home which is very convenient. I’m disappointed that Clarks’ shoes don’t seem to have a consistent fit anymore which makes it very difficult to order online. I’m not having much luck finding a pair to fit me…hopefully the ones on the way will be OK. The free exchange is a good service I must say.

Ordering is so seamless I’m always kept informed as to what the process is right up until delivery. Shoe’s allways fit well and staff in my local shop always helpful

I had the pleasure of being served by Nasima in the Leicester Town centre branch. Her approach was helpful and efficient. Her customer service was genuine and she also informed of the discount with my purchases. "Salt of the earth" type of service where nothing was too much. Thank you. 😊

Zaahidah in the Leicester branch was super helpful and kind with helping with our daughters first shoes, thanks ever so much, can’t recommend enough.

We visited Clark’s in Highcross shopping centre today to get our little girls feet measured for the first time. Zaahidah helped us with this and was amazing. She was really kind and gentle with our little girl chatting away to her whilst measuring her feet. Thank you for making this a lovely first experience for us.

shocking service from Kshanika p ( RUDE ) went into store on Saturday morning as are son is starting school went to get his feet measured was greeted with a grunt and that it but what top it over the edge was when measuring my 4 year old feet no interaction with him no smile or anything just dam right rude if you don't want to work there don't take it out on paying customer and children wont be returning shocking service

We went and got our Grandsons feet measured ready for his first pair of walking shoes. Talisha the shop assistant was excellent. She explained how important first shoes are and was very knowledgable. Talisha engaged with our grandson very well. Our grandson walked out very happy and wearing his very first pair of shoes.

Great service from Naina, Leicester highcross store. I've been struggling to find a good pair of trainers and Naina was very helpful, offering a lot of advice and patience whilst I tried a number of different trainers before I found the right pair. Thank you

Being a typical small c conservative English person, I almost never give top marks. Have to say though, the service received this evening could not have been better. Went in to look at the sale items and though the item i wanted was not in the sale Amani helped guide me through other great options and helped me use the qr code to still get a discount. Excellent throughout.
