Fantastic service at the Leek store today from Janet, Polly and Ava. Very pleased with my new shoes. Great experience.

Visited Clarks in Leek and had a great experience. Jessica was very polite and friendly, and she helped measure our little girl’s feet. She made sure the shoes fitted perfectly and was extremely helpful throughout. Excellent customer service!

Booked fittings for my twins with sensory processing disorder at the leek store. The staff (Sheila and Polly) went above and beyond to reschedule my appointment to an earlier time when the store was empty. To accommodate my son's needs. The shoe fitting was very good experience for me as a mum of Sen kids. Thanks and we will call again.

Lovely experience at the Leek store whilst being served by Lauren. She looked after us making sure my rather wild boys got the correct fitting shoes and they absolutely love them. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Great customer service, Lisa chatted to both of my sons (12 & 14), about their needs and preferences. Purchased shoes for both boys at a reasonable price. Blue light discount given too :)

Myself and my daughter visited the store in Leek for her annual school shoe purchase. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Sheila took her time to ensure my daughter felt comfortable and that the shoes fit her right. A lovely atmosphere and a great experience. Would highly recommend.

We have been visiting every year since Adam started school. We were supported by Shiela in store today and we couldn’t have asked for more, it was an excellent experience. Thank you Sheila!

Brilliant service from Sheila and Polly at the Leek shop. My 12 yo son was expertly guided towards two pairs of shoes for school that I suspect will last a whole school year (that was our experience last academic year). In addition I was able to buy shoes that fitted my extremely awkward wide, flat feet that require orthotic insoles. Most other shoe shops have failed to do this, but my new Clarks shoes are amazingly comfortable and do not rub anywhere, which is a first. Thank you so much, ladies!

I visited the store today with my Son aged 10 and Daughter aged 4 .
We always visit the store when they need their feet measured or when
it's back to school. Sheila served us today and she has served us before when we have visited. She always goes above and beyond . We needed new school shoes, plimsolls, trainers and sandles for my daughter today. We got fixed up with all of them. She's great with the kids, always fantastic customer service. Nothing is too much trouble.
I wouldn't go anywhere else for their shoes.

Very friendly, helpful service when I collected and returned my parcel. Unfortunately the fit of the sandal was disappointing . The seam of the sole was right under my right toe.

We shopped in LEEK for school shoes, having bought some several months ago, not worn, Sheila shop assistant was so helpful and kind with my son - she searched to find perfect shoe fitted very well, comfy, sorted out exchange and refunded difference. Thank you to Sheila and all Leek Clarks staff, you are all lovely and expert shoe fitters! Will only shop there for growing feet!

Went in for three pairs of shoes to get everyone kitted for the return to school. Despite being really busy, Jessica measured up feet, made numerous trips to get more shoes from the stores and generally looked after us all really well. She also alerted us to the 20% offer on adult shoes which saved us eighteen quid.
My wife was interested too in a pair of sandals which were in the sale and Jessica checked the stock in their warehouse but was unable to locate a pair in the correct size. She wrote down all the details so that we were able to order them to be delivered when we got home.
Really professional and friendly service!

We went into the Leek store with my daughter Isla. Isla has worn special shoes for club foot until recently. She now has to wear built up insoles and we have struggled to find shoes for her. Sheila dealt with us and sorted us out straight away. Isla left with a big smile on her face instead of the frustrated tears we have had from other places. Shiela was absolutely amazing!

Excellent visit to Clarks Leek with our two children. Polly was amazing and brilliant with the little ones. They are now all set for school. Thank you very much x
