Danny was super helpful in finding the right shoes for me and made sure that I was taken care of, showed me a variety of options and went above and beyond. Went in looking for one pair and left with two. Super lovely staff and environment, with great prices.

Really good service today from Kelcey and Sophie at the Trinity store, Leeds. Helped find a good deal with shoes for work nice and quickly.

Staff were very helpful. First met Grace in White Rose store and when shoe size was unavailable there she contacted team in Trinity to reserve a pair. Grace was then at Trinity the next day to help with the sale.

Amazing help from Zainab when I needed quick assistance to find new shoes. She was really lovely, helpful, and patient. Thanks so much!

Fantastic help from Grace and Danny in the Leeds Trinity store. I have trouble finding shoes to fit due to waiting for an operation on my feet, they were very patient and helpful in suggesting shoes that could be good for me.

Grace served us today and she was lovely. She measured my sons feet and helped us pick the best shoe for his feet. Super polite too

Got served by an amazing assistant called Emma she was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for my experience. I hope to be served by her again

I don’t normally do reviews but I felt like I needed to after the experience I had in store at the weekend. I was served by Lacey and she made the whole experience from start to finish so easy as I find it hard to find shoes that fit and normally I wouldn’t wear smart shoes as I find them uncomfortable. Lacey had great knowledge of the shoes and got me multiple pairs to try.

Absolutely top service today at Clarks Albion St Leeds. Fantastic with doing toddler show fitting and was really accomodating - even measuring my wife (she's been wearing the wrong size shoes for years!). Shout-out to the young lady serving (Grace?) who was brilliant.

Laura in your Leeds city centre Trinity store was brilliant with my Autistic son. He needs orthotics in his shoes and is in larger shoes sizes but needs Velcro fasteners as he can’t do laces. He’s difficult to fit as he has wide feet also, but she was really patient and understanding too.

I had a great experience at the Clark’s store in Leeds for the first time thanks to Amrita K. She was incredibly patient while helping me try on several options for the Paulton Cap black leather shoes.
I tested a few different fits, including pairs with and without insoles including one with only one insole and she never rushed me at all.

Amrita was friendly, knowledgeable and clearly knew the product well. She gave helpful advice about the fit, material, and made the whole precession relaxed and enjoyable. We even had a nice conversation whilst trying things on. She complimented my trainers, and the interaction felt genuine and welcoming.

Customer service like this is so needed, and makes a real difference when you’re deciding on a pair of shoes. She represented the store brilliantly and honestly I hope her manager sees this because she is genuinely doing a great job.

Zainab went out of her way to be super helpful, even getting the first aid kit out for me. Sadly I couldn’t find she’s that fitted but Zainab is a credit to the shop.

Great service. I was only thinking about buying a new pair of shoes for work, but ended up buying one pair and ordering a second pair in another colour! The staff in the shop couldn’t have been more helpful, particularly Zainab; they went out of their way to answer all our questions and didn’t rush a decision, they even contributed ideas with regards to which pair would best fit my needs. A great experience - the delivery arrived quickly too - and I love the shoes; they are so comfy! Thank you!
