Excellent fast service

I ordered these shoes on line as I have already had a pair which are now worn out. When my new shoes arrived I couldn't get them on although they were supposed to be exactly the same size as before. I took them back to the shop in town where the assistant gave me a pair to try labelled as previous shoes and they fitted perfectly. Very helpful and I am a satisfied customer. The first pair were obviously labelled incorrectly

Bought school shoes last minute but didn't have to wait very long and Zanthi was very patient with two chaotic children.

The Ipswich store were very helpful. It was very well organised.

explained we could order online or in store as did not have size we required. polite friendly staff measured my son’s foot for us.

Visited the Ipswich store to get some new school shoes for my little one (after a not so great experience at another local Clarks store).
Lucy, the manager, is fantastic. She is polite, helpful and, above all, so efficient in the way she runs the store. She greeted us immediately and helped us to find a fitter, despite us not even having an appointment booked.
Caitlin, who served us, listened to what we needed and brought out the styles that matched our needs, leading to us finding the perfect pair.
I cannot recommend this store enough and will be remembering to visit here again next time both children need new shoes.

Having tried on a pair of 5.5 wide shoes in the Ipswich shop, I purchased the same pair of shoes in a different colour by mail order. Unfortunately when they arrived one shoe was a totally different width. I returned the shoes to the Ipswich branch & was assured I would be sent a different pair. I received exactly the same pair, the box had a hole in the top, so was easy to identify. The sales assistant had the audacity to tell me they were different shoes & that all the boxes have an hard life. Disgusting customer service.

Still no contact from them after a number of requests. They have also outsourced their call centre to RSA so that was a waste of time and frankly embarrassing. Not to mention that all replies to negative reviews are automated cut and paste. Customer service gone to the dogs. I remember when the Clark brand meant something, not any more. Gutter brand.

And you can only leave a review linked to a store not online. Data driven rubbish.

Amrit was extremely helpful, considerate and respectful. Made the shopping experience (which can be difficult) a lot less stressful. Very grateful to her.

Went to the store and chose shoes, my daughter was having a hard time (she’s 2) so I said we would go out and come back. Sales advisor offered us 20% off the second pair of shoes. When I returned to purchase a different sales advisor processed the shoes we had chosen. When I got home I realised the discount hadn’t been processed. I called the shop and spoke to the online team and they said I would have to return to the store, return the shoes and then re buy to get the discount. It’s over an hour round drive with two small children, any other company would have honoured the discount.

Lovely service received whilst visiting today. We were served by Pooja who was very helpful and so very kind and patient with our mum. She took her time with us and made my mum feel comfortable.
Lucy was also guiding us with her knowledge of the shoes and helped us come to a decision..and we somehow talked our mum into buying two pairs.
Both were friendly and very helpful. Perfect service today..

having described where to leave the parcel safely, it was left in the drive close to the gate where anyone walking by could steal it. We were also at home, as the car showed but deliverer didn't ring us.

This morning we as a family visited the Ipswich branch of Clark’s. We were served by Caitlin who went above and beyond to make sure my grandsons first ever fitting for school shoes a positive and professional experience. Thanks Caitlin.

We had a super experience whilst shopping at the Ipswich location. Despite showing up without an appointment during the Back to School rush, we were greeted by a friendly and polite lady who happily directed us to an available sales person, Emmanuela.
Emmanuela was lovely. She was really kind and patient with our 10 year old son, giving him lots of options to choose from and being really thorough with his fitting. We did not feel rushed or pressured to make a hasty decision. Thank you for your expertise and professionalism, Emmanuela!

They last all year and My son always Finds them comfortable

We had to venture in for our yearly school shoe purchase. Previous shoe shop trips had been tricky.
Big shout out to Grace who dealt with my 6 year old with such professionalism and ease. She engaged with her brilliantly and within no time we had a great pair of shoes and a very happy child!

Came early to the Ipswich store to avoid the inevitable rush, skipped in, fitted and walked out in 15 mins.
Tbf happy to q because Clarkes are the only shoes my 9 year old grows out of before they’re ruined! That’s why I’ll always choose Clarkes.

Visited Clarks Ipswich today, Priya was absolutely fantastic with our daughter and was knowledgable and helpful throughout. Made excellent recommendations and listened to our feedback around room to grow!
