We had such a lovely experience today in Hemel Hempstead thanks to Aisha. She was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive while helping us choose the right pair of shoes for our daughter. What really stood out was the way she interacted with her, so gentle, understanding, and full of tact, which made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable.

It’s not always simple finding the right fit for little ones, but Aisha took the time to make sure everything was just right without rushing us at all. Her warmth and professionalism made a real difference.

Shopping for shoes can be extremely difficult for a child with additional needs, but staff at Hemel Hempstead seem to just 'get it'. We were served by 'Helen' who wasn't phased by my 11 year old autistic/ADHD son. The fitting was quick and sensitive to his sensory difficulties. We left with two pairs of shoes that he was happy to wear.

Great service from Sue yesterday. My daughter’s feet had been measured incorrectly in another Clarks shop which had led to us trying on numerous pairs of shoes that didn’t fit her and were uncomfortable. My daughter had become really reluctant to try any others.
We visited the Hemel Hempstead store as a last ditch attempt to get some shoes before the term started and my daughter was immediately put at ease by Sue. She was kind, reassuring and really helped my daughter to feel comfortable. We came away with a new pair of shoes in record time. Thank you Sue for making this Mum’s day a little bit easier!
