I was looking for a suitable shoe for working as Cabin Crew and faced the challenge of having one foot half a size different from the other. After ordering a wide selection of sizes and trying multiple options, I received exceptional support from Amy, the store manageress.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for her assistance, determination, and incredible patience throughout the entire process. She truly went above and beyond to help me find the right fit, doing everything she could to accommodate my needs.

We just want to say thank you for the amazing service and help we received from Ayesha at Whiteley, her customer service was amazing she was attentive and helped us so much with buying our daughters first walkers and the when we went back a week later Ayesha also helped and was so good with our elder daughter picking trainers especially after we we’re ignored by another member of staff Ayesha came and helped us with a smile and great knowledge. We wish more shops had the type of service we received would highly recommend Ayesha if you need help.

Helpful making with orders and easy to return.

Visited Whitney Branch on 23/11/24 for our daughter. The salesperson Liz was fantastic. Very diverse and excellent customer service skills. As business owner myself I am always looking to employ staff with this high level of customer service skills.

I went to a Clarks shop to see what was available, I got my feet measured, tried a few pairs of shoes on, unfortunately my size was not available so purchased online, they fit like a glove and received a lot of help from the shop in Whiteley, Fareham.

Ordered online and asked to collect at my local Clark’s shop everything went to plan , we arrived at the store and was greeted with a very pleasant young lady the first thing that came to mind was her lovely smile.service was exceptional.

Meg was very helpful and efficient. No stress and pointed out styles which fit my taste. A pair of boots and shoes purchased. Good information about cleaning products provided. Thankyou

Whiteley Clarks were absolutely fantastic serving my mother who has recently had a hip operation and been left with a leg length difference.

Beth K and Lucy K were very patient helping my mum find suitable shoes (I think she tried on about 15 pairs).
She chose 3 pairs in the end and we have now had the one shoe of each pair altered by a specialist cobbler to increase the height.

We chose Clarks shoes because we knew they would be well-made, durable and fashionable and my mum is absolutely delighted with the results.

I went into Clark’s, Whiteley, this morning to buy school shoes for my teenage son who has non verbal autism and learning difficulties. Despite the store being busy I didn’t have to wait too long and was served by Amelie who was very understanding, efficient and really made sure my son’s shoes fitted correctly. She had a very calm and pleasant manner which put my son at ease and made the whole experience a good one! Thank you Amelie!

I needed some new insoles for my shoes and, Liz helped me straight away with advising me on what insoles would be best. Liz was super friendly and made my experience a lot easier.
