Good experience even though I hate shopping

Was just passing and got dragged in by my Wife which to be fair is how most of my shoe purchases happen as I hate shopping at the best of times and get tetchy very quickly! Staff, especially Parker, were excellent, helpful etc and not fazed by me being a grumpy sod. I got a pair of boots there and then and a second pair on order and saved an extra fiver as they had a QR code competition running in store. I emerged booted and happy although my Wife says I was still tetchy with her!

Bought a pair of Childs school shoes…

Bought a pair of Childs school shoes for £50 . After 3 months the sole came away at the front . Went into the Falmouth store with my daughter only to be told they would not warranty the shoes because her feet had grown half a size . Basically would have been happy to walk out of there with the same size shoe but they refused . Terrible quality and terrible customer service
