Ordering process is easy online. We ordered a couple of sizes of a similar shoe to find the right pair. Retuned the others to local shop Epsom, no quibble and good friendly service.

Too late for offer and blisters
Found sons shoes online and delivered to store. Dealt with promptly in store.
Customer in front if me was offered blue light and another reduction.
I asked gentleman serving me if too late to reclaim reduction I would have got with my blue light card and he said it was unfortunately.
Also caused my son extremely bad blisters.

Maddy was brilliant
Maddy made the experience great! I just wanted to say how brilliant she was at finding suitable school shoes for my daughters. She was really friendly, didn't rush us (even though the store was very busy), when one daughter didn't really love the only pair that fitted she let us put them on hold and look at other shops on return she suggested she could order an alternative pair that would arrive at our house before the start of term so we had 2 options. Fab service and a lovely women. Thank you
