Marie on the counter was super helpful with my friend from Bhutan. She needed to clarify sizes and later had to exchange a pair of school shoes for her niece. She did all this with professionalism and humour. It was a really pleasurable shopping experience.

We booked in for both children to get fitted for school shoes. From the second we arrived we were so well looked after, everyone was attentive and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Seb who was brilliant with the children, nothing was too much trouble and he was brilliant. Thanks very much!

I came in store on the 22nd August with my daughter whom has Autism
The store was quite busy and we had to wait a few minutes before a young female approached us and asking if everything was ok
I explained that we were looking for some new shoes and wanted to get the fitting service,
She offered to measure my daughters feet for her ..despite me telling her my daughter was nervous and slightly overwhelmed
I explained my daughter had bunions on both feet and this girl was not fazed
My daughter was calm and relaxed as she sat and spoke to her new found friends
I believe her name was Taylor

We were greeted and pointed in the right direction upon entering the store. When we reached the kids area and I explained that my youngest was non verbal, a flight risk and easily overwhelmed we were immediately introduced tobSeb who would be helping us and directed ti a private room. The area had a foot measurer and Seb was amazing with both my children who are ND, he got them measured with patience and understanding. Seb brought a selection of shoes to the back for us and helped find the right pair, he listened to what we needed and what the kids would like. We got perfe t shoes and he took us to the front and used a portable device to scan the shoes and take payment. My kids were calm and happy as were we. All the staff were lovely but a particular shout out to Seb who was amazing. I cant express how much it made a difference it made! I've been shopping here for 16 years, 13 for school shoes and have never had a poor experience, however this visit was by far the best, quickest and least stressful, particularly on the bank holiday before school restarting.

Brilliant experience for school shoes, a massive thank you to Marie who looked after my special needs son really well and had a fantastic conversation with him. Absolutely over the moon with the service, she's one in a million.

I came into Clark’s in Lakeside village doncaster today and was helped by Jenny who gave excellent customer service. She was patient with me and my awkward feet and I left very happy. Thank you Jenny :)

Lovely visit today to get my daughter fitted for a pair of walkers. Gorgeous sparkly purple trainers. Fitted by the lovely Jenny who was brilliant and with my daughter. Will be back for a lovely pair of boots when she can fit them :)

Fantastic visit to Clark’s at Doncaster outlet, every-time I have taken my daughter they make her feel welcome and at ease. After visiting another branch of Clark’s and not having very good customer service, we returned to this store today and instantly felt welcomed again. A massive thank you to Marie especially, she goes above and beyond, taking the time to talk to my daughter, making sure she is comfortable in her new shoes, nothing is too much trouble. She is simply a credit to the company. Thank you again Marie!

Good quality off shoes an choice really comfortable fast delivery

We went to get our autistic daughter measured for shoes. The store was really busy and noisy and our daughter couldn't cope. The store assistant (Eleanor) took us into the back where everything was set up the same as the shop. Our daughter relaxed and calmed down the experience was much better. The service was amazing.

We visited the lakeside village store today for school shoes for my three children. The service we received was amazing. Firstly from the measuring and fitting from Macy who was very patient with us and explained what she was doing during the process. Then to Evie at the till who kindly informed us that we could book a VIP slot in the quiet room for our child with autism who found the shop floor too overwhelming and stressful. We managed to get 2 children measured and fitted and then had to return when our third child was much calmer, immediately another member of staff remembered us and offered us the quiet room and asked another colleague also named Macy to measure and fit. Macy was very calm and didn’t rush us. She spoke to my son and tried to support him when stressed.
Overall we are grateful for the calm and supportive service we received for my son with additional needs who finds New Shoe time very distressing.

Went to Clarks outlet at Doncaster for school shoes for our grandson. Expecting to wait a while and for it to be very busy.
Feet measured, no waiting. By the time we had picked 2 styles, our number was called for fitting by Charlotte. Very competent and communicated well with us and our grandson. Bought our shoes, spoke to Mark F at the desk. Said how pleased and impressed we were with the service.
All sorted within 20 mins. Thank you
