Really pleased with service and helpfulness of Maddie and her colleague. Very polite and helpful.
Apparently, you can't use Love2shop Giftcard in Clarks anymore! I was told that they have had difficulties with the card. The above is probably why! 🤦‍♂️
Bought my new shoes anyway.

Ordered shoes on line and was informed I would receive a text when shoes arrived in Chichester store. I didn’t receive any communication for two weeks. Phoned the store twice and told shoes had not arrived in store. Eventually contacted the customer service to find the shoes had been signed for in store two weeks earlier. Phoned the store again and again told they would have to see if the shoes had arrived. I had the name of the individual who had signed for the shoes and the shoes were then found. Very disappointing service.

Went to Clark’s Chichester yesterday to get some early Xmas shopping done. Went in to get some patent shoes for my mother in law. A lovely gentleman, Shuhrat, helped me find what I was looking for. Great service and very knowledgeable regarding the products. Went away very happy. 10/10 service from Shuhrat

Return service excellent in Chichester branch. (Shoes bought online) Polite friendly & professional.

Placed an order in store for £120. Checking later after I didn’t receive the promised email receipt the store said they had no record of the transaction or me as a customer. Bizarrely they also said they wouldn’t refund because I couldn’t give them an order number (which they also hadn’t emailed)

Order didn’t arrive. So rang and placed another ord £150 time is ridiculous.Numerous phone calls to store. Promised next day delivery by customer service then they couldn’t do it so being delivered to home but not until 11th Sept.
Young girl in Chichester store on Saturday was quite rude on phone.

We had a great experience in the Chichester store today! It was super busy with other families shopping for back to school shoes, but Angel looked after us so well. Patient with two fussy kids - she listened to them, but checked in with me too. Great, friendly and knowledgeable service!

Took my 7 year old grandson to get school shoes, Tamanna in Chichester branch was calm and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble, literally went the extra mile to make sure he was in the right shoe and happy with them.

Today we went to Clarks Chichester. It was really busy but we only waited a few minutes. We were served by Chloe whe despite us not having any real ideas what style we wanted made sure we got what we needed and not just sold us something. Chloe took her time and made sure the fit was perfect.. She is utterly professional and a fine ambassador of the Clarks brand. Thank you.

Angel was a totaly star today. I was in with two children - 1st was relatively straightforward, but the second has large, narrow feet. She could see both my daughter and I were starting to get quite flustered and was just amazing. She had been brilliant, but took it to a new level and really helped calm the situation. Thank you. Clarks Chichester are very lucky to have you!

Another great experience at Clarks Chichester - the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. They made school shoe buying very quick and easy, which is always appreciated!

Terrible shoe fitting service, both kids fitted into shoes and trainers too small and had to go to another store to check and then re-fit in larger sizes. Annoying that the staff member would not listen when I said that the kids toes seemed to be right at end of shoes and that the shoes were too narrow. Even though I had booked appointments we were rushed out with the staff member quickly trying to prioritise people who had walked in with no appointment. Awful experience and a total waste of time. Will measure myself and order shoes elsewhere in future.

Angel was accommodating and patient. She encouraged my son with his new laced shoes and gave him good advice. She read the situation perfectly. Angel was calm, friendly and focused.

We visited the Chichester store today to buy some first shoes for my 13 month old Grandson. Fin was so attentive. He was kind and patient when my Grandson wasn’t keen on having his feet measured. Fin was knowledgeable about foot development and the shoes my Grandson needed. Fabulous service and a memorable occasion - we’ll be back in soon! Thank you so much.

We visited to to get my son some new school shoes. The sales assistant Jack was fantastic with my son, directed any questions to him and made him feel like a grown up! Thank you Jack for your excellent customer service.

Helped by Angel. She was very patient and took her time with my daughter. We left with a very nice pair of summer Sandles.
