Helpful, friendly and accommodating staff
Booked an appointment to get my son's feet measured for his first pair of shoes. We were running late and called up and the staff were happy to accommodate us a bit later. Donna took the measurements and helped us pick out shoes. She was lovely and really great with our son!

Excellent service in the Cardiff store
Excellent service in the Cardiff St David’s store. I went in recently to get my son his first pair of shoes and had a grear experience. We were served by Rachel who was so lovely, kind and patient with my little boy. Thank you and we will be returning.

I was served by Ash as I was shopping for school shoes for my daughter. The shoes I originally wanted to purchase was not available. Ash showed me other similar options which I liked and ended in a sale. He was very thorough in checking the fit of the shoe and communicated any questions well. In conclusion I was very happy with the service and my purchase

It was a busy shop
It was a busy shop. Understanding as it was the end of August. A good system was in place with regards to fittings with shop staff. Disappointed by the lack of stock. Resorted to online purchase after measurement.
