Leyla you were amazing. Archie our grandson has been in Wellingtons for 4 months, Morning noon and night. With her patience and child empathy she took the floor to encourage Archie from under the chairs. Coaxed him to remove his wellies to get a size. No way Archie would let her measure his feet. Noticed his wellies were an 8, after playing and encouragement she manage to get Archie pick new trainers 9G, then he ran up and down the shop. He's had them on 3 days now. You deserve a medal you were amazing

I would like to thank you for your swift reply regarding the missold school shoes. You PR team should be congratulated. However, this problem has been in no way rectified, despite my direct contact with Clarks.

Customer service from Zoe who helped us measure our daughter for new shoes was exemplary. The store was busy but she made us feel really well cared for and not under pressure so we could find the right pair of shoes for us. Thank you Zoe!

The woman serving us, Zoe, was fantastic and was so patient with my young kids. Very happy with the shoes and service.

We went with our Grandson to a Clarkes shop (20 months old) who measured him up. Shop only had one pair shoes in his size in stock. Advised try on line shop which we did. Found ideal pair. Paid online and very quick delivery with tracking

Went in and sat in the kids section and waited around 10 minutes. Only one person being served in-front of me so decided to wait with my two year old. Ticket machine wasn’t on so I asked a worker should I take a ticket - she said yes, so I did and she would turn the machine on. She never did and the lady who was serving ahead of me, went to the till and was there for around another 10 minutes. No one serving in the kids section at all now and I am the only customer waiting. Three people behind the desk and only two customers at the cash desk. My toddler started to get stressed out, still no one approached and no workers to be seen. Ridiculous service. Walked out without my toddlers feet measured or any shoes after 20 minute wait.

I am returning customer to Clark’s and once again would like to sing the praises of Jane (Jane also served me the last time I shopped here).

What a lovely experience I had shopping here! Jane was again very knowledgable about the available products and a pleasure to deal with. Jolly, jovial and a breath of fresh air!

Keep up the great work lovely lady! Will be back again soon!

Well what a brilliant experience at Clarks in the Cannock designer outlet. I was advised by my chiropodist to get my feet measured to improve my feet and ensure the correct size for my shoes! At 66 you don't expect to be doing this! Let me tell you, you all must go and do this and ask for Jane and Linda. Their attention to detail and advice given was outstanding without being pushy.
The added bonus was Jane and Linda were very entertaining! Go and see for yourself - your feet deserve it! I'll be back soon.

An extra special thank you to Sophie who was really helpful today. She went above and beyond in checking stock and making sure that the purchased sandals were the correct size. Thank you.

THEO at Clark’s , most amazing assistant that I have ever come across. Has the patients of a Saint ( buying shoes for mom ) was absolutely fantastic, can’t tell you, how much we appreciated his help . Absolutely fantastic all round , a very big thank you, definitely coming back . Thanks again Kash

Clark’s you never fail! Looking for work shoes, as a busy nurse comfy shoes mean everything so off I went to the Clarks in McArthur Glen outlet in Cannock and met a wonderful assistant called Sophie! Perfect fit and a great smile, well done to the shop designers because just as I’m leaving I find the most loveliest of pair of boots… sophie was back to help choose … black or brown ? A second opinion and one beautiful pair of brown well fitted boots all ready for the winter!

Clarke's the week before school is a challenging environment for anyone working in retail but Theo was brilliant! We had to queue to get measured, which is to be expected, and although we hadn't booked a slot Theo was generous enough to help us between customers and was kind and knew his stuff so we came out with a great pair of beautifully fitting shoes for under 50 quid!

Lucy did an exception job dealing with 3 excited boys getting their school shoes, she was very patient, polite and kept the boys entertained as she fitted the shoe. Excellent service would highly recommend.

Amy couldn’t do enough to ensure we had everything we needed from our visit on Sunday, she was so attentive and friendly with my children, her service was excellent. Thank you so much Amy!

I visited the Cannock Outlet store this afternoon with my two young sons and mum and the service was extremely disappointing.

Despite the school holiday rush, there was only one staff member assisting customers with shoes, while at least two others stood talking. After waiting around 30 minutes, I had to ask for help, only for the wrong shoes to be brought out. I even had to find the correct customer for them myself.

When I finally reached the till, the cashier (Jane) was engaged in a lengthy personal conversation with the customer ahead of me. Even after being told we had been waiting too long, she ignored us, continued talking, and responded condescendingly when I explained our poor experience — saying, “Well, everyone else has had a wonderful time!” She offered no apology, only a sarcastic remark about leaving a Trustpilot review.

This was unprofessional, unacceptable, and has left me questioning whether to shop at Clarks again. I have always been a loyal customer, but this experience has damaged my trust in the brand and I left this store feeling rather angry at being spoken to in such a sarcastic rude way.

The staff at Clark’s in Cannock were fab especially Jane and Liv. The staff engaged well with my children and Really re-stored our faith in buying from Clark’s again after some bad experiences elsewhere. Would recommend visiting the Cannock store!

Visited to buy shoes; Jane was an absolute superstar. She went above and beyond on a very busy day and was understanding and great.

The Cannock Outlet, especially Lynn, was very courteous when dealing with my purchase - 3 shoes bought in the end.

I live in the South West and was visiting friends for the weekend.I really dislike shopping but needed new work shoes so had to go, but was not looking forward to it at all.The plan was to visit three stores I could buy suitable shoes from.Well,I did not need to buy anywhere else. From the moment we walked in the store, Damian was friendly,attentive, and helpful. I purchased exactly what I needed after help with styles and sizes. He made the whole process easy,fun and he's a lovely man,definitely an asset to the store. Thank you, Damian 😊
