Came in looking for some shoes and was met by a friendly staff member named Nina. She was very helpful and reccomended a pair based on my lifestyle. Shoes were very comfortable, overall very happy with my choice.

I had an exceptional experience at the Birmingham Bullring Clarks store, and it’s entirely down to Kal. From the moment she took my call, I could tell she was genuinely brilliant at what she does.

She went above and beyond - keeping my shoes aside at the till to ensure they were ready, and then checking in on me while I was trying them on. It never felt rushed or transactional. Instead, she made the whole experience personal and attentive, helping me find exactly what I needed without the usual retail detachment.

The level of care and attention to detail is rare these days. Kal turned what could’ve been a standard shoe purchase into a proper, memorable experience. Can’t ask for anything more than that. In fact I ended up buying two shoes just because of her unparalleled customer service.

Highly recommend asking for Kal if you’re visiting. Simply put: 10/10 service.

Had great service from Andrew in the Birmingham Bullring Clarks. He knew all the sizes available in the stock room without having to go back and check. Very impressive service and very helpful.

Was helped by Linda at the Bull Ring store. She listened to what i needed, and came out of the stock room with multiple options for me to try on. I ended up buying a pari of shoes that I wouldnt have even looked at, but so so comfy. Thanks for your Linda.

What made it so wonderful was CHAE a member of staff, that was patient, kind and understanding. It can be tough shopping with my 3 year old who is autistic to the point I walk out most shops without buying things. But because of how we was welcomed him and dealt with I was able to stay and pay for my sons shoes who doesn’t take shopping well. Thank you so much and good luck with whatever endeavours you are on. Went into the birmingham bullring branch to find shoes for work. I was greeted by Linda who was so helpful and friendly. Great customer service from Linda, she understood exactly what I needed in terms of style and size. I left very satisfied with two new pairs of work shoes and a smile on my face.

Really lovely woman called Zakia who served me. She was so helpful and friendly.

2nd May my sisters and I went to your store5411. We were shopping for my sister who is a small size, doesn't fit the categorie of adult size.
We spoke to Linda one your colleagues, who was so very helpful.
She went into the stock room, bringing out trainers and sandals. We were very grateful to her. We bought a pair of sandals and pair of trainers.

Charrae and Jason went above and beyond when serving me on Monday. Before I entered I felt really deflated but I had such a great experience at the Bullring store as I was able to leave with what I wanted. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, patience and excellent service.

Visited Clarks Birmingham Bullring store on 27th March. Nina was lovely and helped me with picking out some pink wallabee shoes (which were an excellent price) she was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent customer service. Nina also recommended the suede foam cleaner which will come in handy for a number of items I have. Thank you for your help and being a friendly face :)

Visited Clark's store in Bullring in Birmingham and was served by Chris B. Explained what I was looking for (smart shoes for a wedding) and Chris was very helpful in identifying various options. Feet were measured (first time since schooldays) and choice made. It turned out they didn't have my choice in black but tried on a pair in brown to check for fit,comfort etc and then Chris ordered a pair in black to be delivered to some address. The instore service was excellent and I had the added bonus of not having to carry my purchase around with me for the rest of the day. I haven't used a proper shoe shop for years (have bought shoes from various gents outfitters) but will certainly look at Clarks for future needs.
