Went to Clark’s in Bath today and was served by a lady called Isla we have been served by her a few times now and she is just brilliant, kind and very helpful

Sam was very kind, helpful and patient. The shop was incredibly busy but he was not phased.

We came in for school shoes for my 15 year old son. Alis served us and was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was very professional, polite and engaging.

Great Special Needs appointment.
Thank you to Bella who served us expertly, and Louise who told us a fire alarm test would go off so neurodivergent child could prepare and an additional fab manager (possibly names Susie,) who organised the whole kaboodle to be 30 mins in the shop alone w. no music, and extra time for our appointment. Two children were seen, measured, calm was prioritised and no one lost the plot. They are a wonderful, adapting and inclusive team and I highly recommend.

Sam at Clarks in Bath was really helpful. He measured my child's feet and got the perfect fit. He was great with my daughter and made her feel comfortable and didn't pressurise us to make a decision even though the store was super busy the day before school started.

Ben was really helpful and made choosing school shoes for both my boys and measuring really easy!

Freya in Bath was brilliant with my excitable 5-year-old; she took the time to explain how she was using the gauge to measure his feet. Once he had declared he loved the animal footprint shoes, she collected a selection he might like in his size. Freya interacted really well with him and helped us settle on a great dinosaur soled pair of school shoes!

Attended a school fitting with Isla for my children. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. Great service all round

Madi at the Bath shop was extremely helpful, I’ve struggled in the passed with my daughter and shoes but she made it really fun

Elinor, was very thorough and extremely patient whilst trying to find school shoes for our two grandchildren. Even though the shop was busy nothing was too much for her, going back several times to find the right shoes and styles for our children. We were very impressed with her patients and kindness towards our grandchildren. Can't thank her enough. Excellent service.

Wasn’t looking forward to taking my son shopping for school shoes. He’s constantly growing so we don’t know his shoe size and getting his foot measured has been a pain everywhere else. He also can’t sit still.

Ben was kind and patient. He measured my son’s foot and helped us choose shoes we’re all happy with. Very happy with the experience.

Sophie was amazing at fitting the children’s shoes! It was very very overwhelming being in the bath shop due to lots of school shoe fittings- and Sophie was so calm and patient ! She really made the whole experience run very smoothly and the children all said they loved her ! She made sure to ask their names and was just had the best service that we could have asked for.

Our son is visually impaired and autistic and has difficulty navigating everyday life. Alis was friendly, helpful and patient and made my son very comfortable. One of the easiest shopping experiences we've ever had. Thanks so much, it really does make a difference when people go above and beyond to help
