Great service for school shoes fitting…
Great service for school shoes fitting - despite them being busy catrina was very patient with helping us. My son’s feet turned out to be unusually narrow but long and she tried lots of options to help us find the right solution for getting him shoes. I don’t think she could have been more helpful so thank you! Jaz at the store also rectified an issue with a faulty pair we had on the same visit, and the whole team appeared to be working hard together to ensure all customers were well looked after. I don’t often write reviews but felt both catrina and Jaz deserve recognition for their hard work and being a great asset to Clark’s Basingstoke. Thank you
