We were served by Jack B who was calm and patient with all the very hectic busyness that was Clark’s today, what with school starting again in a few weeks.
He was very helpful and found us the shoes we were looking for.

Gerald was very friendly, knowledgeable and really made an effort to chat and communicate with my children.
The whole process was very smooth and happy that my children have good shoes that fit them well

Only went in to pick up some ordered shoes but ended up buying some boots
Nothing was too much trouble even tho I told them I was just browsing !!

No fuss refund in store when boots bought on line were not right.

A repeat purchase, bought previous pair in 2018 in blue. Ensuing health problems now mean I cannot wear any kind of heel. Much smarter option than trainers

Went in with my Mother today who was looking for some new shoes to wear with her jeans. Claire served us, she was knowledgeable about the shoes, suggested styles that would suit and their comfort. She was quick bringing them out to try on, foreseeing that we might need other sizes too. Eventually my Mum settled on a pair which Claire also happened to be wearing at the time.
Nothing was too much trouble for her or indeed any staff members in there. Thank you Claire for your fantastic customer service and pateience

Bought my daughters (14m) first pair of shoes this evening and had a great experience in Clarks Basildon. Jodie was so friendly and good with my daughter, we must have tried on 10 pairs but Jodie didn’t mind at all. Even advising what she has for her daughter too. Great experience, will be back in 8-10 weeks for a remeasure.

Served today by Jasmin. She was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. A very pain free time children’s shoe shopping! Would 100% recommend
